Objective:To investigate the correlation of adverse childhood experiences, coping styles and quality of life in patients of alcohol dependence and verify the treatment effect of OxaZePam combined with family and cognitive-behavioral therapy on alcohol dependence for providing solid scientific basis for clinical treatment and prevention.Methods:114 adult patients of alcohol dependence(observational group)and 116 healthy adult participants(control group)were assessed using General Demiological Questionnaire,Adverse Childhood Experience Questionnaire,Coping Styles Questionnaire, and Quality of Life for Drug Addictive Questionaire.A random sample of forty alcohol dependence patients were randomly assigned into two groups,The observational group was treated by OxaZePam combined with family and cognitive-behavioral intervention and the control group was only treated with OxaZePam.The datum processing was carried out by using?~2-test,t-test,correlation analysis, multivariate regression analysis, and stratified regression analysis. Results:Scores of self-blame,fantasy and tolerance were higher and problem solving, help seeking were lower in observation group's than their counterparts in the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01),There was no significant difference of rationalization between the forehead two groups(P>0.05).The observational group experienced more chilid life adversity than that of in control group(P<0.05).The abuse, neglect, family failure in alcohol dependence patients were significantly positively corrrelated to physical function, mental function, social function, and withdrawal symptoms(P<0.05 or 0.01),the problem solving, help seeking of coping styles negatively correlated with physical function, mental function, social function, withdrawal symptoms(P<0.05 or 0.01),self blame, fantasy, and tolerance had positive correlation with physical function, mental function, social function, withdrawal symptoms(P<0.05 or 0.01).Multivariate regression analysis suggested all factor scores of abuse, neglect, family failure, problem solving, help seeking,self-blame,fantasy,and tolerance had significant predictive effect on the quality of life of alcohol-dependent patients(P<0.05 or 0.01).Stratified regression analysis coping style partially mediated between adverse childhood experiences and quality of life in alcohol dependence patients(P<0.05),whose mediating effects accounted for 36.53%of the total effect. The treatment effect rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of in the control group(P=0.001)and the recurrence rate was significantly lower corresponding(P=0.005).The scores of body function, mental function, social function, withdrawal symptoms and adverse reaction factors were higher in the observation group were higher than in the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion:There are more adverse childhood experiences and negative coping styles and all factors of adverse childhood experience, coping styles except predictors of quality of life in alcohol dependence patients, coping styles is mediators of adverse childhood experiences and quality.(2)OxaZePam treatment combined with cognitive-behavioral therapy has a better effect on alcohol dependence than OxaZePam treatment alone, combined treatment programme can improve the quality of life.
