Section 1Objective:To explore and analysis the related risk factors of periodontitis. Methods:From January 2018 to December 2018,selected 10,822 physical examiner from 35to 65 years old as subjects in our hospital.According to the periodontal condition and diagnostic criteria for periodontitis, the subjects were divided into periodontitis group?3080 cases?and non-periodontitis group?7742 cases?.For periodontitis and physical examination results were analyzed by single-factor analysis, then multi-factor analysis was performed by binary logistic regression analysis,to explore and analysis the related risk factors of periodontitis. Results:The single-factor analysis of the study showed 12 possible related factors were statistically significant?P<0.05?:age,gender,dental calculus, smoking, drinking, diabetes, hypertension,BMI,hyperlipidemia, carotid atherosclerosis,Hp infection, fatty liver.Using binary logistic regression to screen out risk factors:age, dental calculus, smoking and diabetes. Conclusion:The pathogenesis of periodontitis is related to diverse factors.Age,gender, dental calculus, smoking, drinking, diabetes, hypertension,BMI,hyperlipidemia, carotid atherosclerosis,Hp infection and fatty liver are all associated with the pathogenesis of periodontitis;Age,dental calculus, smoking, and diabetes are risk factors of periodontitis.Section 2Objective:To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori?Hp?infection and periodontitis. Methods:From March 2018 to October 2018,selected 120 Hp positive patients as case group and 101 Hp negative patients as control group, who were performed by 13C-urea breath test and accepted periodontal examination voluntarily in the Gastroenterology in our hospital. The delta over baseline?DOB?of the 13C-urea breath test and probing depth?PD?,sulcus bleeding index?SBI?,clinical attachment loss?CAL?were recorded. In addition, the subject's DOB value was divided into three levels:low, medium, high;periodontal condition was divided into four groups:no,mild, moderate and severe. The prevalence of periodontitis were compared in Hp positive patients and in Hp negative patients; The DOB value in Hp positive patients with different periodontal condition were compared;Analysis the correlation between the degree of inflammation of periodontitis and the classification of different DOB value in Hp positive patients; The correlation between DOB value in Hp positive patients and PD?SBI and CAL was analyzed. Results:The prevalence of periodontitis was 56.67%in Hp positive patients, which was higher than the prevalence of periodontitis 42.57%in Hp negative patients?c2=4.357,P=0.037?.The DOB value of Hp positive patients with different periodontal condition:severe periodontitis disease group[100.10±28.58]>moderate periodontitis group[51.43±16.78]>mild periodontal group[27.00±18.26],normal periodontitis group[26.90±23.12]?P<0.05?.There was no significant difference correlated with DOB value between normal periodontitis group and mild periodontitis group?P>0.05?.The degree of inflammation of periodontitis was significantly correlated with the level of DOB value in Hp positive patients?r=0.592,P<0.001?.The DOB value of Hp positive patients was positively correlated with PD?rs=0.353,P=0.003?,CAL?rs=0.625,P<0.001?,and there was no correlation with SBI?P>0.05?.Conclusion:Hp infection has a certain correlation with periodontitis.
