Objective:This study aimed to Survey Hp infection status,to analyze helicobacter pylori(Hp) risk factors and the relationship between gastric disease and other chronic diseases with Hp,which may provide the basis for Hp prevention and new way for the treatment of related diseases. Methods:To collect a total of 8115 people of medical department, collect the13C-methacetin breath test results and general condition, blood biochemical and life style data.To collect 487 cases with gastrointestinal disease and done gastroscope inspectors in outpatient service. For this part,we do a questionnaire survey. All the scales were compared and analyzed by Independent Sample T test and Bonferroni test.Results1, Results showed that the prevalence of Hp infection was 35.2% in males and30.3% in females with significant difference(P<0.05). The total average age is46.70±13.99,the mean age was 48.65±13.55 years in Hp positive subjects and45.77±14.10 years in Hp negative subjects, showing marked difference(P<0.05).Different age groups rate is different(P < 0.05), and increasing with age.2, The body mass index(BMI), uric acid, blood sugar, triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL) in Hp infection subjects were significantly higher than in Hp negative subjects(P<0.05), the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL)in Hp subjects was markedly lower than in Hp negative subjects(P<0.05), there is no statistically significant difference between the two subjects in total cholesterol(TC)(P > 0.05).3, In 487 subjects, the incidence of Hp infection was 53.6%, which was significantly higher than in healthy subjects(P<0.05). The incidence of Hp infection in subjects living in city, with family members having Hp infection, drinking running water, smoking or drinking alcohol was significantly higher than in controls(P<0.05).There is no statistically significant difference between dining utensils disinfection group, washing hands before each meal group, using antibiotics nearly 1 month group, using proton pump inhibitor(PPI) nearly 1 month group and the control group(P >0.05).4, In chronic gastric diseases, the incidence of chronic gastritis is the highest incidence while gastric polyps is the lowest.Hp infection rate is different in the different stomach troubles(P < 0.05), the incidence of Hp infection was the highest in subjects with peptic ulcer and the lowest in those with esophagitis.ConclusionHp infection is related to gender, age, body weight, living environments and living habits, which provide evidence for the prevention of Hp infection, different stomach troubles have different Hp infection rate.Hp infection is closely related to the pathogenesis of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
