Objective: Coronary heart disease(coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,CHD)is a worldwide common disease and its risk factors include diabetes mellitus, hypertension, smoking, history of alcohol intake and so on.Helicobacter pylori(Helicobacter pylori,HP)is the pathogen of chronic gastritis and gastric cancer. This paper aims to explore the relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and coronary heart disease and to discuss the correction between Helicobacter pylori infection and risk factors of coronary heart disease,in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.Method:Selected 221 patients that visited Cardiovascular Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University Department of Cardiology, which were about to consider the diagnosis of coronary heart disease from July 2016 to March 2017.Coronary angiography was performed after admission.According to the results of coronary angiography,157 patients were divided into coronary heart disease group(acute coronary syndrome(ACS)was 119,stable angina pectoris(SAP)was 38)and non coronary artery disease group were 64..Serum Ig G antibody(HP-Ig G)levels were measured in all patients. At the same time, the clinical data such as gender, age, smoking history, drinking history, history of hypertension and diabetes were collected.Serum lipids, high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP)and homocysteine(Hcy)levels were measured and compared. All data were analyzed and processed by SPSS 22 software.Result:1.The positive rate of HP-Ig G in coronary heart disease group was 40.1%,and the positive rate of HP-Ig G in non coronary heart disease group was 21.9%..The positive rate of HPIg-G in CHD group was significantly higher than that in non coronary heart disease group, the difference was statistically significan(p<0.05).2.The positive rate of HP-Ig G in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)in group ACS was 44.5%,and group SAP was 26.3%.The positive rate of HP-Ig G in patients with ACS was higher than that in patients with SAP.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.HP-Ig G positive in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension is difference, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).4.In group CHD,the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C,hs-CRP and Hcy in patients with positive HP-Ig G were higher than in patients with negative HP-Ig G.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.The rate of positive HP-Ig G in CHD is higher than non-CHD.2.HP-Ig G positive may be one of the causes of atherosclerotic plaque instability.3.In patients with coronary heart disease, the level of high sensitivity C reactive protein, homocysteine, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, blood pressure in patients with positive HP-Ig G were higher than those without.
