As the foundation of guaranteeing the hospital sustainable development and the key of the hospital whether can have the competitive advantage,the importance of talent is self-evident.At the same time,to attract,to motivate,to develop and retain talent,effective compensation management is a powerful tool.To a certain degree these problems affect the medical staff enthusiasm and cause the decline in the quality of work,or even bring a serious brain drain.To understand the current compensation management model in public hospitals based on field research and seek some problems such as lacking of incentives,non-economic salary is not perfect and superiority of welfare is not obvious.To analyze the reason from three aspects:subjective reasons,objective reasons,the subject and object of the Salary management.And try to optimize the model of the y-hospital compensation management from increasing human capital investment,clarifying salary strategy,scientific performance management,optimizing non-economic salary,enhancing professional ethics on the basic of summarizing the principles to be followed in compensation management to to improve the scientific management of hospital and to improve medical level and quality of medical services in hospital.
