The Application Of Visia Skin Detector In Photoelectric Beauty Therapy

[Objective]Many clinical facial lesions,such as stains,depressive scars,telangiectasia,large pore and so on,often fail to be determined objectively after the various photoelectric cosmetic treatments,which brings many troubles and disputes to the clinicians and patients/beauty seekers.VISIA Skin Detector is the only instrument that can quantitatively analyze the skin characteristics presently.The purpose of this study is to research the application value of VISIA skin tester in photoelectric cosmetic treatment,to play a positive role in formulating treatment plan,evaluating treatment effect,and to provide a basis for photoelectric cosmetic treatment.[Method]From January 2018 to March 2019,we collected 291 patients/beauty seekers who were received photoelectric cosmetic treatment in the dermatology clinic of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital.There were 57 were treated with CO₂dot-matrix laser.Among them,52 were acne scars?19 males and 33 females?,5 were atrophic scars?3 males and 2 females?,aged 19-33 years,with an average age of 26.7years.There were 110 casas of Photon Removal therapy,83 cases of telangiectasia?28males and 55 females?,20 cases of facial red pox impression?9 males and 11females?,and 7 cases of erythematous nevus?2 males and 5 females?,aged 16-69years,with an average age of 37.2 years;65 people were treated by photon/Q-switching freckle removal therapy,including 58 cases of various types of stains?17 males and 41 females?,7 cases of nevus of Ota?5 males and 2 females?,and 7 cases of post-inflammatory pigmentation?3 males,4 women?,aged 15-57 years,with an average age of 34.2 years;35 patients were treated by facial nanocrystalline microneedle introduction?6 males and 29 females?,aged 14-63 years,with an average age of 41.2 years;29 patients accepted the fruit acid skin rejuvenation therapy?8males and 21 females?,aged 19-64 years,with an average age of 25.3 years.All the above patients were photographed and analyzed before and after treatment with VISIA Skin Detector?Canfield Inc.by USA?.Relevant pictures were saved and the results were compared and analyzed.[Result]Among the 57 patients/beauty seekers who received dot-matrix laser therapy,the effective rate was 56.14%after the last treatment.In the 65 patients receiving photon/Q-switching freckle-removing therapy/beauty seekers,after the last treatment,the effective rate of brown area was 73.85%,the effective rate of ultraviolet spot was 76.92%,and the effective rate of spot area was 92.31%.Among110 cases of receiving photon red-removing therapy,the effective rate was 70.91%after the last treatment.Among 35 who received nano-needle therapy,all received one course of treatment,the effective rates of spots and purple substances were 80%,brown spots and red spots were 62.86%,ultraviolet spots were 65.71%,texture was5.71%,and pore was 2.86%.Among 29 ones who treated with fructonic acid,the effective rates of spots,ultraviolet spots and brown spots were 34.48%,red spots68.97%,purple substance 82.97%,texture 10.34%and pore 6.90%.After comparing several treatments,VISIA was the most sensitive to the change of pigmentation,followed by the change of vasodilation degree,and the least sensitive to the change of skin texture.[Conclusion]VISIA Skin Detector can quantitatively analyze the facial spots,vasodilation,pore and texture of patients/beauty seekers.The photos can clearly and considerably see the changes of numerical value and therapeutic effect.It can also compare the deep changes of skin,so as to guide and adjust the treatment plan.At the same time,the patients/beauty seekers can see the therapeutic effect at a glance,which is conducive to doctor-patient communication and strengthen the pertinence of doctor's treatment.Improve compliance.Therefore,it is suggested to strengthen the use of VISIA skin detector in clinical cosmetic photoelectric therapy,so as to provide objective guidance for practical work.
