BackgroundSkin is the largest organ of the human body and covers the body surface.The function of the skin is mainly to provide the protective effect of the barrier.It is the boundary between the human body environment and the external environment.It is of great significance to maintain the homeostasis of the human body.Not only that,the gradual aging of the skin is the most direct embodiment of the aging process of the human body,and the long-term exposure of the facial skin often accelerates the process of aging.In recent years,with the gradual improvement of the level of people's material and cultural life,the demand for the youth is getting higher and higher.Therefore,we need to figure out the changes in the aging process of the skin in a more detailed way.Facial skin aging mainly in the skin texture,color,elasticity and other aspects of changes,such as color spots,wrinkles,rough pores,rough skin,slack and drooping and so on.The traditional skin detection technology often evaluates the facial spots,wrinkles and overall complexion of the subjects by the subjective judgment of the professional doctors.Therefore,there are some limitations and it is difficult to form a scientific evaluation standard.In recent years,with the development of science and technology,there have been some facial skin testing instruments,which provide a more intuitive method to evaluate the skin condition in our clinic.VISIA skin detector is widely used in comparison and evaluation of curative effect before and after laser treatment.It can be evaluated quantitatively in aspects of skin color,pores,wrinkles,texture,ultraviolet spots and purple,and so on.It can not only detect the problems that have been exposed to the surface of skin,but also detect subcutaneous problems under polarized light and ultraviolet light.The problem of Tibet.At present,the changes of the aging parameters of the facial skin with age are not clear.Therefore,the VISIA skin detector can be used to reflect the changes of the aging related parameters of the facial skin with age.Objective1.Using VISIA to evaluate the aging characteristics of facial skin in different age groups of Han women in the Central Plains.2.Testing contains facial spot,lower eyelid wrinkle,facial texture,glabellum wrinkle and forehead wrinkle,ultraviolet spots,pores).3.Investigate the changes of facial aging parameters in different age groups.Data and Methods1.Experimental Facility:VISIA skin tester2.Experimental Participants:113 healthy Han women in the Central Plains3.Experimental Group:16 persons in group A aging from 16 to 25,27 persons in group B aging from 26 to 35,35 persons in group C aging from 36 to 45?group C1with sun block,group C2 without?,19 persons in group D aging from 46 to 55,16persons in group E aging from 56 to 65.4.Experimental test:facial spot,lower eyelid wrinkle,facial texture,glabellum wrinkle and forehead wrinkle,ultraviolet spots,pores.5.Experimental Data Analysis:The data were collected and analyzed,and then the changes of skin aging parameters in different age groups were discussed.According to whether the subjects were routinely sunscreen,the data were divided into sunscreen group and non sunscreen group,and the effects of sunscreen factors on skin aging related parameters were compared.Results1,With the growth of age,skin aging related parameters show a gradual upward trend.2,The spot value is significantly different from that before the age of 36-45.3,The lower palpebral palate is positively correlated with age,with significant differences between the ages of 26-35 and 56-65.4,There is no significant difference between glabellum wrinkle and forehead wrinkle before 46 years of age.There is a significant difference in the age of 46-55years.5,Texture is positively correlated with age and changes stably.6,There is a significant difference between pores in the age group of 36-45 years ago.7,In the 36-45 age group,the sunscreen group was significantly less than that of the non sun screening group,and the facial skin aging index was also smaller than that of the non sun protection group.ConclusionsIn general,with the growth of age,the related parameters of skin aging are in an upward trend,but the changes of the parameters are different in different age groups.From 16 years old to 65 years old,the texture of skin gradually becomes rough with age.Besides,at 36-45 years of age,the problem of pigmented spot increased significantly.At the age of 26-35 and 56-65,there was a significant increase in the lower palpebral wrinkle.The wrinkle appeared later than other parameters and increased significantly at the age of 46-55.The pores in the age of 36-45 years are significantly increased.
