| Objective: Percutaneous kyphoplasty is the current mainstream surgical treatment for osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures.The operation time is short,the healing is quick,and the curative effect is exact.It has a significant effect on restoring and maintaining the height of the vertebral body.Shujin Huoxue Capsule is a self-made oral preparation for many years of clinical experience in Hongdu Hospital of Nanchang City.It is widely used in hospitals.Because fractures are often accompanied by strained muscles and ligaments,this study attempts to treat osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures with PKP and oral administration of Nandu Hongdu Chinese Medicine Hospital.In the role of relieving pain and improving mobility,it provides a new idea for clinical treatment of osteoporotic spinal compression fractures.Methods: Forty patients with osteoporotic spinal compression fractures who underwent parallel PKP surgery in Hongdu Hospital of Nanchang from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as subjects.The age of 65 years and older was a single vertebra of the lumbar spine.Body fracture,the injured vertebral body CT showed the intact posterior wall of the vertebral body.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,20 cases in each group,all underwent PKP surgery.Group A(treatment group)was given oral Shujin Huoxue Capsule on the first day after operation,3 capsules/time,3 times/day;B(control group)underwent PKP surgery alone,and both groups were treated withanti-osteoporosis drugs.treatment.Pain simulated visual(VAS)scores,Oswestry dysfunction scores,and Cobb values were recorded 1 day before surgery,1 day after surgery,1 week after surgery,and 15 days after surgery.The data obtained were statistically analyzed using SPSS 19.0software.Results: There were no significant differences in gender,age,and vertebral segments between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).There were no differences in the preoperative VAS score,ODI score,and Cobb value between the treatment group and the control group.The significance of learning(P>0.05)was comparable.The pain VAS score and ODI score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 7 days after operation and 15 days after operation(P<0.05).The VAS score and ODI scores of the 1st,7th,and 15 th day after operation were significantly lower than those before the operation,and the functional scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group.The postoperative differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)..Cobb values were significantly lower in the two groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in Cobb values between the two groups at 7 days and 15 days after surgery.There was no significant difference in postoperative contrast between the two groups.There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: The efficacy of PKP in the treatment of osteoporotic spinal compression fractures is worthy of recognition.It can effectively restore the height of the vertebral body and improve the relationship between the vertebral bodies.Shujin Huoxue Capsule is a long-term experience prescription of Hongdu Hospital of Nanchang City.It has the functions of promoting blood circulation and relieving pain and relieving The active effect can promote the recovery of the balance between the muscle ligaments near the fracture end,and has a good effect on relievingpostoperative pain and improving the lumbar back activity in patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures.It is conducive to speeding up the recovery of patients' self-care ability and improving the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice. |
