A Meta-analysis Of Zhi Zhu Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Constipation

Objective:Apply the method of systematic evaluation to analyze and summarize the regularity and curative effect of ZhiZhu decoction in the treatment of functional constipation.Methods:This article will search for Chinese and foreign creatures from the beginning of the construction of the library to January 2019.Including CNKI,Wanfang Data,Damedic Medical Database,China Biomedical Abstracts,VIP,EBSCO,SpringerLinker,Cochrane Library,ScinceDirect,PubMed,etc.A medical database of randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of the treatment of functional constipation with Zhizhu Decoction.The quality of the literature was evaluated in strict accordance with the Cochrane systematic review method,and the data was analyzed using the RevMan 5.3 tool.Provide a reference for clinical practice and further research.[Results]:31 RCTS were included in this study.Compared with the control group,the experimental group Zhuzhi decoction has a high total effective rate(OR=5.64,95%CI :4.39~7.24,P < 0.00001),a high cure rate(OR=5.02,95%CI :4.20~6.00,P < 0.00001),a low recurrence rate(OR=0.11,95%CI :0.07~0.17,P < 0.00001),and a shortened bowel interval(MD=-0.45,95%CI:-0.55~-0.34,P < 0.00001).the total score of symptoms decreased(MD=-3.45,95%CI :-4.22~-2.68,P < 0.00001),the defecation time was shortened(MD=-0.68,95%CI :-0.80~-0.57,P < 0.00001),the stool behavior improved(MD=-0.43,95%CI :-0.55~-0.30,P < 0.00001),the difficulty of bowel movement decreased(MD=-0.43,95%CI:-0.54 ~-0.32,P < 0.00001),Abdominal distension was reduced(MD=-0.71,95%CI :-0.79~-0.62,P < 0.00001),and anal distension was improved(MD=-0.41,95%CI :-0.59~-0.24,P < 0.00001).Conclusions: The treatment of functional constipation with Zhizhu Decoction has obvious curative effect and low recurrence rate.
