Based On The Meta Analysis Of Benefiting Qi And Nourishing Yin System Evaluation For The Treatment Of Functional Constipation

Objective:Through the use of the Cochrane system evaluation method, the objective evaluation of benefiting qi and nourishing Yin method in the treatment of functional constipation curative effect, reveal the advantage of the method in the treatment of functional constipation, provide evidence for the choice of method for clinical treatment and application.Methods: Detailed to collect 1995.12 to 2015.12 domestic published literatures about benefiting qi and nourishing Yin method for treatment of functional constipation, in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to pick relevant literature, choose research literature of treated with Chinese medicine benefiting qi and nourishing Yin method as the experimental group, treated with western medicine(PEG, promote power, phenolphthalein pieces and oral) as the control group into the study,evaluate the quality of selected literature,for detailed information required to be refined. Meta analysis to choose the latest Review Manager5.3 software, analyze the comprehensive curative effect, symptom integral, recurrence rate and adverse reactions, depicting the forest figure, inspection sensitivity, analyzing funnel plot.Results: 1. Bring 37 literature that up to standard into study, involving 3565 cases of patients with functional constipation; 2.Most of the literature into the research methodological quality is low, among them 4-7 points only 1, 3 points 12, 2 points of 20,1 point 4; 3. Traditional Chinese medicine using frequency statistics of experimental group show:mainly is the traditional Chinese medicine of Supplementing Qi and nourishing yin(Astragalus, Atractylodes,dried rehmannia root,Radix Ophiopogonis,Angelica,radix scrophulariae,etc.); 4. The Meta analysis results: In addition to reduce adverse reactions, no obvious difference was found between benefiting qi and nourishing Yin method of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment, in comprehensive curative effect, improve symptoms, reduce the recurrence rate, etc, traditional Chinese medicine treatment by benefiting qi and nourishing Yin has obvious advantages.Conclusion:This study for nearly 20 years in benefiting qi and nourishing Yin method of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of FC make an objective evaluation, the results show that:This method in the treatment of functional constipation in comprehensive curative effect,improve symptoms and lowering recurrence rate is remarkable.Due to the quality evaluation of literature that up to standard are generally lower in the study, led to the publication bias,looking forward to later can have high quality and large clinical trials to confirm reliability of the results,promote the combination of theory and practice of TCM.
