| Objective To observe patients with serious function constipation in the treatment period(first to eight week)of SBMS,treatment period(the first-4week and the eighth week)PAC-QOL,fecal character,Defecate difficulty score;the following period(the first to eighth week)SBMS,the following period(the forth to eighth week)PAC-QOL,fecal character,Defecate difficulty score;two groups of the content of Supstance P before and after the treatment period,to evaluate the Difference of the curative effect with the eleacupuncture and Prucalopride in the treatment of serious Function constipation.MethodTo recruited 60 patients through newspapers and posters,which are all coincided with serious Function constipation diagnostic criteria.After the patients into the central random system(computer version)distribution random number,60 in all.patients couldn't choose the treatment way,to be told the choosen treatment is the best way.Please dividing 60 patients with some disease into two groups,there are 30 ones in both group,whice are given different ways for treating if,from which is acupuncture needling,Treatment group(eleacupunture group)choose the point of Tia nshu,Fujie,Shang juxu(both side),and then to have conflict f eeling,have the needles are inserted.Bilateral sides Connectio n electric acupuncture apparatus,respectively.electroacupunctu re parameters(dilatational wave,current intensity:0.1 m A-1.0 m A),in acordance with the patient's tolarance.Shang juxu point,use 1.5 inch filiform needle stab some inch,Twisting line small lift,keep 30 minutes,Every 10 min twisting line small lift,thr ee times in all.The eleacupuncture group of Patients with a tot al of eight weeks of treatment,.The control group use Prucalopr ide(registration number:H20120564).Patients to take one tab let daily morning(2 mg),for eight weeks.Throughout the study period for 17 weeks,including before the treatment time-”baseline period”.Baseline time:Don't use any influence defecation function in patients with drugs and treatment.To observe the SBMS,PAC-QOL,fecal character,Defecate difficulty score;Treatment period:to observe the two groups of SBMS of every week.PAC-QOL,fecal character,Defecate difficulty in the first-4 treatment period and the eighth week;The following period:to observe the PAC-QOL,fecal character,Defecate difficulty score in the following-first 4week and the eighth week,the SBMS score of every week;the content of Substance P:to observe the content of Substance P two times before and afte the treatment.Take 3 ml blood of patients early in the morning.In the centrifuge centrifuge for 10 minutes.Take the upper serum in EP tube.After two times to extract the required specimen.to keep in the Refrigerator with-70?.Unified with ELISAI method to detect the contents of substance P in serum.After the study.analysis of two groups of data are unified.Result1.the two groups of SBMS compaision:in the treatment period(the first week to the eighth week),the comparision of two groupsin the SBMS of different time(P>0.05);in the following 2 week,the two groups equals(P>0.05)and the after 8week.the content of SBMS declined comparied with 8 week(P<0.05).the two groups equals(P>0.05);the two groups are at the same level in the following 6 week(P<0.05).the SBMS improve after the 8 weeks(P>0.05).the change of both groups with SBMS before and after the treatment,the two groups equals(P>0.05)the proportion of SBMS?3 of during the treatment period of eleacupuncture group is 89.29%,while and otherwise,the other group is 85.71%,the two groups equals(P>0.05).during the following group,the proportion of SBMS?3 of eleacupuncture group is 67.86%,the control group is 57.14%,,the two groups equals(P>0.05).Electric acupuncture and general reed card will benefit in the aspect of improving independent stool frequency has the same treatment effect,but the continued effect of electric acupuncture is better than general reed card will benefit.2.PAC-QOL:the two groups equals before the treatment(P>0.05).Treatment of 4 weeks and 8 weeks of PAC-QOL all items the quality of life(body discomfort,mental unsuitablet,sense of fear,sense of anxiety,sense of satisfaction.(P > 0.05);All items were followed up for 4 weeks,the curative group scores increase compared with 8 weeks later,the difference is seriously obvious(P < 0.05),drug group were followed up for 4 weeks compared with the group.8 weeks after treatment,the numbert increases,defintly different from others(P < 0.05),the comparison is different from the next one,electric acupuncture group scored slightly lower,the comparison is different from the next one,not euquals(P < 0.05);Followed up for 8 weeks,compared two groups of patients were followed up for 4 weeks and was increased,the number of first group is lower than drug group,two groups of each project score comparison,difference had obvious statistical significance difference(P < 0.05)the curative and general reed card will benefit in improving the life quality of patients with curative effect is the same,in the last effect on electric acupuncture is better than general reed card will benefit.3.fecal character,Defecate difficulty score:Two groups of patients before treatment,defecate difficulty and character score comparison of excrement and urine(P > 0.05);During the treatment,electric acupuncture group and drug group stool properties scored higher,but the drug group is more obvious,difference compared with before treatment,the two groups not equals(P>0.05)(P < 0.05),the comparison is different from the next one,has the obvious statistical significance difference(P < 0.05);Followed up for 4 weeks,the curative group and 8 weeks after treatment,character score comparison of excrement and urine,has obvious statistical significance difference(P < 0.05),while drug group compared with excrement characters score after treatment for 8 weeks,(P > 0.05),two groups were followed up for 4 weeks scored excrement characters,differences have obvious statistical significance(P < 0.05),followed up for 8 weeks,two groups of character score comparison of excrement and urine(P < 0.05);During the treatment,the numbers of the two groups decrease.the comparison is different from the next one(P > 0.05),and followed up for 4 weeks and followed up for 8 weeks,defecate difficulty score comparison of similar between the two groups(P < 0.05),the drug group in the follow-up period of 4 weeks and 8 weeks defecation difficult score increased more obviously;Instructions in defecate difficulty,cupping and reed card will be fairly treatment level,on the late effect of electric acupuncture is better than general reed card will benefit,and in the feces character,scoring at reed card will benefit no matter from the level of treatment,which is better than that of electric acupuncture or late effects.4.the content of Substance P:Compare the two groups before treatment,the exact number of substance P is not different from the other one(P > 0.05);8 weeks after treatment,the curative group of substance P content is higher compared with before treatment,(P < 0.05);P substance content compared with before treatment(P > 0.05),The two groups equals(P < 0.05).ConclusionThe clinical observation showed that the curative and reed card will benefit both had a week can effectively improve the patients with severe functional independent stool frequency(SBMS),PAC-QOL and defecating difficulty,the curative effect of both is quite,but in the late effect of electric acupuncture is better than general reed card will benefit;In terms of improving stool properties,card will benefit is greater than the advantages of electric acupuncture Electric acupuncture and general reed card will be benefit to treat severe functional constipation have better curative effect,clinical can be discretionary choice according to patients condition. |
