Xingqi Poyu Capsule Combined PFNA Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Senile Intertrochanteric Fracture

Research purpose: For better development of traditional Chinese medicine,the study in Xingqi Poyu capsule combined PFNA clinical curative effect for the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture,to better serve the clinical.Method:Selection of Nanchang hongdu hospital of tcm in September 2016 to March 2018 admitted patients with intertrochanteric fracture,at the same time,the type of qi and blood stasis patients,patients randomly divided into control group and experimental group and control group PFNA surgery treatment,postoperative routine rehydration and anti-infection treatment,such as the experimental group is on the basis of PFNA and postoperative routine therapy of Xingqi Poyu capsule,comparing patient age,gender,injury parts and limb swelling degree,pain VAS score,fracture healing time,Harris hip score,etc.SPSS19.0 statistical analysis with statistical software.Result: 60 cases were complete follow-up,6 to 12 months follow-up time,an average of 10.105±1.16 months.The experimental group and control group in terms of age,sex,injured area there was no statistically significant difference.Postoperative day 1,two groups of postoperative analgesia,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),but 1,2 weeks postoperatively,the experimental group of postoperative analgesia is much better than the control group(P<0.05).Preoperative,limb swelling degree to compare the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),but after 11 days,the experimental group limb swelling significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Compared to control group in fracture healing time was(11.425±2.2526)w,the experimental fracture healing time was(10.925±2.3125)w,compared two groups of data(P>0.05)showed no statistically significant.12 months postoperatively,the experimental group and control group for Harris hip score comparison showed that there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The experimental group in improving the postoperative analgesia,promote the limb swelling subsided advantage etc.Conclusion:Experimental group curative effect is better,can improve the limb swelling,alleviate postoperative pain patients,so the Xingqi Poyu capsule combined PFNA treatment of senile intertrochanteric fractures can yet be regarded as a kind of good treatment options.
