Objective:To compare the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture by the proximalfemoral nail of antirotation (PFNA), anatomic proximal femoral locking plate(ALP)and dynamic hip screw (DHS), Highlight PFNA on intertrochanteric fracturesadvantage, for the clinical treatment of intertrochanteric fracture to find a more efficient, more appropriate treatment, and provide a reference for the clinical treatment ofintertrochanteric fracture internal fixation treatment options and research. Methods: Selected from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian MedicalUniversity, elected to the cases of comparative analysis of72cases.A total of19patients were treated by DHS.A total of18patients were treated by APL.A total of35patients were treated by PFNA. Record and compare three groups of patients operativetime, length of incision, blood loss, postoperative drainage, postoperative ambulationtime, postoperative hip joint function (Harris score excellent rate), the incidence ofpostoperative complications, fracture healingtime, and the data were statisticallysoftware processing, and then were analyzed and concluded. Results: three groups of patients after12months to18months (mean15.6months)follow-up observation and recording of data. By statistically obtained compared withthe DHS group and APL group, PFNA group shorter operative time, short length of theincision, less blood loss, less postoperative drainage, come down to earth a short time, less incidence of postoperative complications, more effect hip recovery of joint function(Harris rated excellent rate), etc., was statistically significant (P <0.05), although thedifference between the three of fracture healing time, but no statistically significantdifference (P>0.05).Conclusion: PFNA treatment of intertrochanteric fracture with a shorter operativetime, less invasive, early postoperative ambulation, fewer postoperative complications, in line with the direction of development in the future treatment of intertrochanteric;especially poor physical condition, can not tolerate a long surgery and complications ofbed rest in elderly patients is particularly applicable.
