DHS And PFNA Clinical Curative Effect Of Elderly Femoral Intertrochanteric Fractures Treated By Comparative Analysis

Objective:Through the clinical application effect of observation to the DHS andPFNA intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly, the curative effect of two internalfixation methods for contrast, authors summarize the characteristics of their respective,to select reasonable surgical method for clinical treatment of the elderly femoralintertrochanteric fracture.Methods: The cases of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture iscollected by affiliated hospital of shandong university of TCM orthopedics04,2012to07,2013hospitalized and standard the cases. Using DHS treatment of19cases,23casesusing PFNA treatment, the treatment of all reach the standard clinical healing of fracture.Observe the treatment process and curative effect of two groups of patients, andstatistical analysis, make analysis and evaluation to the statistical results.Results: Compared with DHS and PFNA in operation time, incision length,intraoperative blood loss, fracture healing time, etc, P <0.05was statistically significant,in terms of hospitalization time is P>0.05, no statistical significance.Post-traumatic hipHarris score PFNA group is better than that of DHS group. Conclusion: PFNA group compared with DHS group with less trauma, and shorteroperation time, less blood loss and stable internal fixation, etc; Clinical curative effect ofPFNA group fast fracture healing,fewer complications and advantages in the hip jointfunction recovery degree, and also widely indications than DHS group, is more idealinternal fixation method of treating intertrochanteric fractures in older adults.
