Analysis Of Clinical Efficacy Of Femoral Head Replacement And PFNA Treatment In Elderly Patients With Intertrochanteric Fractures

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of artificial femoral head replacement and PFNA in the treatment of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures(Evans-Jensen type Ⅱ-Ⅲ),and to provide a certain theoretical basis for the choice of treatment methods for elderly intertrochanteric fractures in the future.Methods: This study is a retrospective study,collecting data on patients with Evans-Jensen type Ⅱ-Ⅲ intertrochanteric fractures who were admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018.42 effective data were collected,including 18 in the artificial femoral head replacement group and 24 in the PFNA group.The follow-up time was 12 months.The surgical operation time,the amount of bleeding during the operation,the time of postoperative weight-bearing,and the operation time were compared between the two groups.The hip joint function score and the incidence of complications at different time periods.Results: The femoral head replacement group was better than the PFNA group in the time of postoperative weight bearing and hip function scores at 3 and 6 months after operation(P <0.05).The PFNA group was superior to the replacement in terms of operation time and intraoperative blood loss.Group(P <0.05),there was no statistical significance in the incidence of postoperative complications and Harris score at 12 months after operation(P?0.05).Conclusion: 1.Both of these surgical methods have a definite effect on elderly intertrochanteric fractures.2.PFNA surgery is less invasive,simple to operate,shorter in time,less bleeding,and cheaper.It is the first choice for advanced intertrochanteric fractures.3.The advantage of placing the femoral head is that the weightbearing time of the operation is relatively early.It can perform functional exercise as soon as possible and reduce complications.It is one of the most effective methods for intertrochanteric fracture treatment.4.Because each patient’s condition is different,the requirements for surgery are also different,and a reasonable,efficient,and suitable treatment plan should be selected.
