Research On Data Mining Of TCM Diet For Primary Dysmenorrhea

Objective: To establish a data frame of medicated diet for primary dysmenorrhea by using modern information technology,and to analyze the relationship among the components of medicated diet based on its specific composition,disease-syndrome elements,efficacy and main symptoms So we can find out the rule of syndrome and treatment of dysmenorrhea with medicinal diet,and provide reference for clinical auxiliary treatment of dysmenorrhea.Method: The data of this study were all from the knowledge base of super singular reading show,selected the key words and collected the prescription of dysmenorrhea medicine.By establishing inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the data meeting the requirements can be extracted into Word document.At the end of input,Access software is introduced to mark,segment,disambiguate and manage the semantic meaning of the data,mainly aiming at the data of composition,disease and syndrome elements,efficacy,symptom and so on.Finally,SAS software was used to program the data,and the results presented Frequency Statistics and association rules analysis in the form of charts and tables.Result:(1)From 1991 to 2016,a total of 658 recipes for dysmenorrhea were collected.The main source of literature was 172 kinds of books.(2)Composition: There are 123 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,210 kinds of food materials and 58 kinds of condiments.Elements of disease and syndrome: The main causes are six Yin and five internal pathogenic factors,which are external cold,internal dampness,internal heat and internal cold respectively;the main causes are Viscera,which are the liver,kidney and uterus respectively;the main pathogenesis is the deficiency of vital materials(such as deficiency of blood,deficiency of Qi and deficiency of essence)Abnormal Qi(such as stagnation of Qi),pathogenic factors(such as blood stasis).Efficacy: based on the principle of regulating blood,warming and symptomatic treatment;regulating blood includes promoting blood circulation and dredging meridians;warming includes dispersing cold and warming Meridians;symptomatic treatment includes pain relief,etc..Main symptoms: cold abdominal pain,less menstrual flow,a blood clot,after dark,such as a high proportion of no-hua Complexion.(3)The results of association rule analysis show that the composition of medicinal diet prescription in this data is most closely related to the pathogenesis and efficacy,and some of them are related to the symptoms of main treatment.Conclusion: The medicated Diet prescription in this data is mainly used to treat primary dysmenorrhea with "cold" and "dampness" as the main cause and "blood stasis" as the main pathogenesis.The innovation of this study lies in the combination of TCM theory and information technology,to explore the composition,efficacy and treatment of dysmenorrhea recipe,to achieve multi-level information integration.
