Analysis On Composition Principles Of Fuling In The Formula Based On Data Mining

Objective:With data mining technology,clear up and analyze the ancient prescription information systematically,meanwhile combined with the basic theory of TCM and experience of famous doctors discussed the results of data mining,in order to explore the characteristics and regularity of compatibility of Fuling drugs.Summing up the characteristics and regularity,to refine form of TCM clinical experience prescription,in order to make clinical process of TCM for traditional Chinese medicine in Fuling prescription,providing ideas and reference.Methods:Take the prescription Dictionary of traditional Chinese medicine as the source of data collection of 1027 prescriptions containing Fuling.Putting the Excel data table into use to establish the Fuling prescription database,using Excel statistical method to analyze the frequency of the other drugs and symptoms,meanwhile,using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Apriori algorithm for data mining operations analysis.Results:(1)Fuling prescription drug data statistics and comparative analysis shows that the most common frequency is white Fuling,with the data display of 72.64%.Compare with Bai Fuling,the Fushen,Chifuling,the skin of the Fuling is more less.Fuling prescription drug data statistical analysis of the most common and tonic drugs,heat clearing drugs,expectorant drugs,the most common tonic drugs,accounting for 39.57%.Drug use frequency is more than 50 times of the 25,on the drugs including licorice,ginseng,white atractylodes rhizome,tangerine peel,pinellia,ophiopogon root,cassia twig,Alisma etc..The main ingredients for Gan,Xin,accounted for 69.13%,mainly for the warm and cold resistance;mainly the heart,lung,spleen,frequency up to 55.7%.Fuling prescription attending disease common symptoms of vomiting,urination,diarrhea,abdominal pain,poor appetite,cough phlegm,cough,upset,spermatorrhea,dizziness,palpitation,etc.(2)Fuling party all drugs in the data by the association rules analysis,get 2herbs,3 herbs,4 herbs commonly used drug combination and the correlation between drugs.Associated with 2 items received 172 association rules,1387 frequent itemsets;Associated with 3 items received 5390 association rules,6616 frequent itemsets;Associated article 4 received 24698 association rules,14357 frequent itemsets.Conclusion:(1)Fuling is one of the traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine.Tonic drugs,heat clearing drugs,expectorant medicine is the most commonly used drugs.The core of the drug is mainly licorice,ginseng,astragalus root,tangerine peel,dried ginger,pinellia Atractylodes,etc..The taste of sweet,acrid,warm and cold resistance mainly,mainly the heart,lung,spleen.Vomiting,urination,diarrhea,abdominal pain,poor appetite,cough,sputum and attending prescriptions for Fuling common symptoms.(2)Fuling compatibility correlation higher drug mainly licorice root,ginseng,astragalus root,dried tangerine or orange peel,dried ginger,pinellia,atractylodes core drugs.By analyzing the frequent item sets and association rules,the 2 data related to the association of Fuling prescription were found to be of high correlation and clinical significance,and there were 18 rules.Mainly white Poria,licorice,ginseng,white Poria,Atractylodes,Poria,Poria,tangerine peel,pinellia,Poria,involving 18 kinds of drugs.3 associated with the 10 rule,is mainly Atractylodes,white Poria,licorice,ginseng,liquorice,Poria,tangerine peel,liquorice,Poria,Atractylodes,white Poria ginseng,etc.4association 3,pinellia,dried tangerine peel,liquorice,Poria,Atractylodes,licorice,ginseng,Poria,Atractylodes,licorice,dried tangerine peel,poria.Fuling compatibility correlation higher drug combination is mainly "and three sweet","three guangxi agent","Xia Chenling grass"."Shenling liarice","Ling Gui agent","Chen Ling grass" is a combination of Fuling prescription in three typical prescription structure,as the foundation of many Fuling prescription.(3)"Shenling liarice" structure of Fuling prescription is mainly used for the treatment of vomiting and diarrhea,anorexia,loose stools,spleen and stomach disease。 "Ling Gui agent","Xia Chen Ling grass" structure of Fuling is mainly used for the treatment of phlegm syndrome,water and other diseases.In addition,there are still a lot of fuling prescription for nourishing yin and Yang,soothe the nerves,clear heat and so on.The dosage form was mostly decoction.See more dose of 10-20 g.
