Objective:Based on modern data mining techniques analysis of ProfessorChao in the treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD),in tern of its syndrome characteristics and medication, and explore his clinical experience in treating COPD and academic ideology. Methods:Retrospective medical record analysis and data mining techniques were used to collect cases that Professor Chao's medical records with COPD.The original data were saved, organized and preprocessed. The database was created using EXCEL software.Using the ancient and modem medical case platform(V1.4.4)to analyze of patient's syndromes, therapeutic method, and medications to explore the common symptoms, signs, maintherapy, and medication laws of COPD;using cluster analysis to compare drugs with higher frequenciesand seek treatment of COPD with closely related drug combinations;using SPSS Clementine 11.1 software to find Rules of association between traditional Chinese medicines themselvesby use of Apriori algorithm, summarizes Professor Chao'streatment of COPD medication core Compatibility rules. Results:A total of 257 patients with COPD,totaling 1271 times of clinical consultations, were included in this study:1.Frequency analysis results:The frequency of symptoms above 10%was as follows:shortness of breath, expectoration, labored breathing, wheezing, ehest congestion, insomnia, constipation, throat itching, difficulty in sputum adhesion, weakness, loose stools, etc;Tongue images are mainly reddish and dark red,and the big tongues and teeth-printed tongue are more common, taut pulse, deep and thin pulse are the most frequentpulses. The total drug frequency is 19,659 times, and the frequency of drugs with more than 100 times has 33 tastes, whose cumulative frequency reaches 85.39%,which are the main drugs for the treatment of COPD;the frequency of use of the top 25 Chinese herbal medicine, whose use of frequency are more than 200 times, the cumulative frequency of 79.66%,are core drugsfor the treatment of COPD.2.Cluster analysis results:Cluster analysis was performed on the most commonly used 70-flavor drugs. There were 17 commonly used Herb pairs and 10 three drug combinations.Hierarchical clustering analysis was used to obtain commonly used drug combinations on depressing qi and relieving asthma, dispersing wind and relieving cough, pharynx, nourishing the kidney and lung, dispelling phlegm and regulating vital energy, diffusing the lung and clearing heat, etc.Commonly used drugsrevised with symptoms can be clustered to 8 drug combinations, which are directed primarily at relieving symptoms such as indwelling chest distension and discomfort, emotional discomfort, dysfunction of spleen and stomach, loss of appetite, sleeplessness, cough and constipation, susceptibility, spontaneous sweating, night sweats, yin asthenia and internal heat, phlegm, inhibited throat,etc.3.Analysis of Association Rules:This study mainly analyzed the association rules Rulesbetween traditional Chinese medicines themselves.Derived commonly used drugs include:perillafruit, shizandra, lumbricus, apricot kernel, ginkgo seed, loquat leaf, dogwood, cicada slough, tangerine peel, aster, perilla leaf. From the different angles of dispeling wind, regulating the lungs and phlegm to relieve symptoms in the acute phase.4.professor Chao's experience in the treatment of COPD:?Seize the keytopathogenesis, which lies in two aspects of deficiency in origin and enrichment in symptom, and apply Staging treatment strategy.? Attach importanceto the main symptoms of syndromes, pay attention to the reasons for verification.?Wind is the most important cause of many disease, emphasizing syndrome differentiationaccording to pathological changes of the viscera.Pay attention to the role of pathogenic pathogens, and choose drugs such asshizandra, radixpaeoniaealba, lumbricus, apricotkemel, ephedra herb, perilla fruit, etc. The disease is located in the lungs. It is closely related to the spleen, stomach, liver and kidneys. He grasps theloeation of the disease and uses targets drugs when treating COPD.?precaution is more important than cure, grasp the overall concept.COPD is based on deficiency. When it is not attacked, the muscles can be fixed with astragalus, heterophylla, sealwort, dogwood,Epimedium,Cordyceps sinensis, macrocephala, and so on.It is necessary to pay attention to seasons, environmental changes, and body maintenance, and keep immunities inside.Conclusion:1.The use of multiple data mining methods explored the experience of Dr.Chao,s treatment of COPD:the treatment of COPD was performed with the highest frequency of relieving phlegm, cough and asthma medications, tonic drugs, anddrugs for relieving exterior disorders. The data mining reflected the involvement of COPDwith lung, spleen, and kidney.Pay attention to the pathogenesis of the virtual reality of deficiency in origin and enrichment in symptom, around depressing qi and relieving asthma, dispersing wind and relieving coughr nourishing the kidney and lung, dispelling phlegm and regulating vital energy, diffusing the lung and clearing heatto establish the therapeutic principles and rules.2.Data mining is an effective way to explore the experience of prestigious Chinese physician:By using modern scientific and technological data mining techniques,it is possible to systematically and scientifically analyze mass Chinese medical treatment information, and to explore the key relationships and laws implicitly involved in dialectical treatment and prescription drug use.It can be objective, practical and instructive for clinical work.It is of great significance for the inheritance of the academic experience of Chinese medicine and the development and innovation of TCM.It will help promote the development and innovation of Chinese medicine, and then promote the modernization of TCM.
