Purpose:To explore the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes and related factors of primary dysmenorrhea,and to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Materials and methods:According to the method of multi-stage overall random sampling,the four-diagnosis information of patients with primary dysmenorrhea was collected through the general situation questionnaire and the Four-diagnosis Information Collection Table.The EXCEL software report was put into the method Jianlidatabase,and the collected questionnaire data was quantified and entered into the database.A one-time cross-sectional survey of female patients with primary dysmenorrhea was conducted from September 2019 to January 2022.Results:1 Diet preference,adverse psychological factors,poor sleep,lack of exercise,mother’s history of dysmenorrhea are related to the occurrence of dysmenorrhea.2 Distribution of syndrome elements in the overall location of primary dysmenorrhea: general is located in the top six of the disease is in turn cell palace,liver,spleen,kidney,heart and mind.3 Distribution of syndrome elements of primary dysmenorrhea: located in the top five disease and qi stagnation,deficiency of yang,blood stasis,qi deficiency.4 Distribution of real syndrome elements: located in the top four solid syndrome factor,in turn,is blood stasis,and qi stagnation,pathogenic dampness,pathogenic cold;Sexual syndrome factor,in turn,is deficiency of yang,qi deficiency,blood deficiency,deficiency of yin.5 Characteristics of syndrome elements: Disease phase and disease position: the syndrome elements of phase and disease position in the top four are: cell palace liver,cell palace liver and spleen,cell palace liver and kidney,cell palace liver,spleen and kidney.Both disease and nature: both reality and nature: Qi stagnation and blood stasis coexist most;The highest frequency is Qi deficiency and yang deficiency;The highest frequency is Qi stagnation and yang deficiency.Conclusions:1 Diet preference,irritability,anxiety,poor sleep,lack of exercise and conscious pressure have different effects on the occurrence of dysmenorrhea.2 The main location of primary dysmenorrhea is in the uterus,liver,spleen and kidney.3 The real diseases of primary dysmenorrhea are qi stagnation and blood stasis;Deficiency of Yang and Qi are common in deficiency of venereal diseases.4 The complex of deficiency and excess mixed with this disease is the most common.5 Professor Chen Ying,the tutor,believes that primary dysmenorrhea is more common in the syndrome of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney and blood stasis.It is treated by warming and tonifying the spleen and kidney,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
