Systematic Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine State Of Hypertension Based On Syndrome Standard

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health preservation has unique functions and effects in disease rehabilitation,prevention,behavioral rehabilitation and longevity.TCM health management provides systematic operational support for TCM health preservation integration into modern health management.TCM health care technology is the core technology of TCM health management.High blood pressure is a major public health problem that seriously jeopardizes human health worldwide.China has included hypertension into the scope of Chinese medicine health management services in 2011.TCM state identification is the core process of TCM health management.Systematic research on TCM state of hypertension is of great significance for promoting TCM health management and health care of hypertensionObjective:To explore the systematic classification method and standardized naming rules of TCM state in hypertension,and to analyze the relationship between TCM state and symptoms and tongue and pulse in hypertension,and to propose the identification method of TCM state in hypertension.The research results can provide reference for the state management of hypertension health management and health care in hypertension,and provide reference for the informationization and intelligent treatment of hypertension Chinese medicine.Methods:Based on the TCM syndrome standard of hypertension,through the deconstruction of the standard syndrome name and connotation,the systematic classification structure of TCM state was constructed.On this basis,the naming rules and state connotation of TCM state of hypertension were studied.Specific research methods include:1.Literature research method: Searching for self-built libraries from cnki Wanfang,and Weipu databases to the literature on hypertension state recognition of Chinese medicine during the period of June 2018 Data sets;review the TCM syndrome standards of hypertension cited in the research papers one by one,extract the reference information of TCM syndrome standards of hypertension.According to the source information of syndrome standards,obtain the standard texts of TCM syndromes of hypertension from the academic search of superstars,the collection of books in schools,etc.2.Database method: According to the characteristics of the literature information,the Access2010 database management tool is used to construct the data table,and the modern document metadata,the syndrome standard text and other data are marked by text and then imported into the data table by special tools to form a research database.3.Terminology standardization methods:(1)Symptoms,tongue and pulse terminology: Semantic disambiguation and classification of symptoms and wording after segmentation,and symptom classification according to International Community Medical Classification(ICPC).(2)Terminology of syndromes: Synonym merging,classification and coding of syndrome names,syndrome classification and coding refer to the 1995 edition of the national standard "Classification and Code of Chinese Medicine Disorders".(3)TCM state terminology: The TCM syndrome name is converted into the TCM state name and is uniformly coded.The TCM state is composed of the state base,and the state base consists of the location of disease element and pathogen and pathomechanism element.4.Statistical analysis method: According to the research purpose,the SAS9.4 software is used for programming analysis.The main analysis methods are as follows: 1)Frequency statistics: frequency statistics of literature sources,standard sources,syndrome classification,and symptoms,and progressive frequency statistics of state,state,and state of TCM state;2)weighted association Rule analysis: Calculate the relationship between state,state,and symptoms.3)Use the proc report process to output the analysis results to the word document.Results:1.Research and construction of the TCM syndrome standard literature data set and TCM syndrome standard knowledge base of hypertension.The literature database was derived from the screening of 4,629 articles,and finally included 1026 articles,involving 101 syndrome standards,and obtained 71 syndrome standard texts,and extracted 311 syndromes of hypertension.2.The statistical results of the classification frequency of hypertension syndrome are as follows(excerpts with frequency results greater than 4):(1)Primary classification: viscera and meridian syndrome,159,yin and yang,blood,fluid,fluid,phlegm,syndrome,142,etiology and syndrome.(2)Secondary classification: liver syndrome class 105,Yin syndrome class 38,phlegm syndrome class 36,blood syndrome class 35,gas syndrome class 32,kidney syndrome class 28,heart syndrome vessels.stasis obstruction 8.Conclusion:1.To systematically collect and organize the standard content of TCM syndromes of hypertension,and construct a TCM state classification system of hypertension,state element,state base and state.Based on the classification of TCM state,the characteristics of TCM state of hypertension were analyzed.The syndrome conversion and system coding of the syndromes in the TCM syndrome standard of hypertension are beneficial to the informationization and intelligent treatment of the state of hypertension in Chinese medicine.2.The study found that the characteristics of the traditional Chinese medicine state of hypertension covered by the current TCM syndrome standard of hypertension: The disease location is mainly liver and kidney,mainly involving veins and middle.The pathogenesis is mainly due to insufficient and movement abnormal.The insufficient is mainly due to yin deficiency.The abnormal movement is mainly due to rising abnormal and obstruction.Rising abnormal is mainly due to yang hyperactivity.Obstruction is mainly due to phlegm obstructing and stasis obstruction3.The relationship between state element,basic state and TCM symptoms and weight value table of hypertensive TCM state was preliminarily constructed,which could provide reference for TCM state identification of hypertension and provide more accurate health care guidance and TCM health intervention for patients with hypertension.
