Research On Characters Of Syndrome Element Differences Of Different Anxiety States In Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Bile Reflux

ObjectiveIn the clinical,chronic atrophic gastritis with bile reflux patients often have different degrees of anxiety state.However,both bile reflux and psychosocial factors can aggravate the pathological changes of gastric mucosa atrophy,and CAG may progress to precancerous lesions and the evolution mode of gastric cancer has been recognized.Therefore,this study will observe and analyze the syndrome elements and differences of CAG with bile reflux in different states of anxiety,and clarify the pathological characteristics of TCM,and provide ideas for the clinical treatment of this disease,with a view to reducing the risk of canceration as far as possible.MethodsIn this study,100 patients with clinical symptoms who were diagnosed as CAG with bile reflux by gastroscopy,and pathological examination of all the cases met CAG diagnostic criteria were collected.According to the score of Hammel Anxiety Scale,they were divided into non-anxious state group,possible anxious state group and anxious state group.Through questionnaire,the basic information and “four diagnosis” information of all the cases were gathered.Data of “four diagnosis” information were typed into syndrome element differentiation system to find out how the distribution of syndrome element was impacted by different CAG with bile reflux patients’ anxiety states and analyze the difference of the distribution.Results1.In this study,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05)in gender and age distribution among the non-anxious state group,possible anxious state group and anxious state group.2.The distribution of the characters of syndrome elements within each group showed that in non-anxiety state group the primary syndrome elements of disease location were stomach,spleen,liver,gallbladder and kidney;the primary syndrome elements of disease nature were qi stagnation,dampness,phlegm,qi deficiency,yin deficiency and yang deficiency.In possible anxiety state group,the primary syndrome elements of disease location were stomach,spleen,liver and gallbladder;the primary syndrome elements of disease nature were qi stagnation,dampness,phlegm,qi deficiency,yin deficiency and heat.In anxiety state group,the primary syndrome elements of disease location were liver,stomach,gallbladder,spleen and half-superficies and half-interior;the primary syndrome elements of disease nature were qi stagnation,dampness,heat,yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis.3.While comparing the characters of syndrome elements of each group,the ranked distribution between non-anxiety state group group and possible anxiety state group had statistical differences in characters of syndrome elements of gallbladder,and heat(P<0.05).The ranked distribution between non-anxiety state group and anxiety state group had statistical differences in characters of syndrome elements of stomach,liver,gallbladder,half-superficies and half-interior,qi stagnation,yin deficiency,heat,blood stasis,blood deficiency and yang hyperactivity(P<0.05).The ranked distribution between possible anxiety state group and anxiety state group had statistical differences in characters of syndrome elements of stomach,liver,qi stagnation,yin deficiency,heat,blood stasis and blood deficiency(P<0.05).Conclusion1.In the absence of anxiety,the primary syndrome elements of disease location of CAG with bile reflux were stomach,spleen,liver and gallbladder;the primary syndrome elements of solid disease location were qi stagnation,dampness and phlegm;the primary syndrome elements of deficiency disease location were qi deficiency and yin deficiency.2.In the possible state of anxiety,the primary syndrome elements of disease location of CAG with bile reflux were stomach,spleen,liver,gallbladder and half-superficies and half-interior;the primary syndrome elements of solid disease location were qi stagnation,dampness,phlegm and heat;the primary syndrome elements of deficiency disease location were qi deficiency and yin deficiency.3.In the state of anxiety,the primary syndrome elements of disease location of CAG with bile reflux were liver,stomach,gallbladder,spleen and half-superficies and half-interior;the primary syndrome elements of solid disease location were qi stagnation,dampness,heat,phlegm and blood stasis;the primary syndrome elements of deficiency disease location were yin deficiency and qi deficiency.
