| Objective: Based on the feed-forward mechanism of human body, the function of pre-activating core muscles and awakening motor memory was explored, and the influence of suspension massage exercise technology on walking dysfunction after stroke was explored, and the correlation between lower limb motor function, quality of life and walking ability was analyzed. Methods: Sixty-two patients with stroke walking dysfunction who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups by random number table method according to 1: 1.Both groups were given health education and basic medical treatment, the control group was given routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group was given suspension massage exercise training on the basis of the control group,30min/ time, once a day,5times a week for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment,Functional ambulation category scale(FAC),Tinetti balance and gait analysis(POMA),Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA-LE)and Stroke-specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)were used to evaluate the changes of patients’ walking function, balance and walking function, lower limb motor function and quality of life. The measurement data conforming to the normal distribution are represented by the mean plus or minus standard deviation(sx ±),the paired t test is used for intra-group comparison, and the two independent sample t tests are used for inter-group comparison; If it does not conform to the normal distribution, the rank sum test is used;2 test was used for counting data;Rank sum test was used for grade data and curative effect evaluation;Pearson or Spearman correlation coefficient was used for correlation analysis. The inspection level α is defined as 0.05.Results: There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in FAC score,POMA score,FMA-LE score and SS-QOL score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the FAC score,POMA score,FMA-LE score and SS-QOL score of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).In SS-QOL evaluation, the observation group was superior to the control group in activity ability, emotion and social role score, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effective rates of the two groups were 81.00% and 87.00%respectively(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Correlation analysis showed that the scores of FMA-LE and SS-QOL were positively correlated with the FAC score(P<0.05),and the correlation was significant. Conclusion: The suspension massage technique is a safe and effective auxiliary new technology of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, which can improve the walking ability of stroke patients and improve their quality of life on the basis of routine rehabilitation training, and has significant clinical efficiency compared with routine rehabilitation training. |
