Research On Coordinated Development Of Medical Service Facilities Under The Background Of Urban Shrinkage

At present,China is in the key transition period of urbanization.The advancement of regional economic integration determines that population will gather along with the flow of economic factors at this stage.Under this pattern,some resource-based and heavy industry-based cities begin to appear the phenomenon of population reduction,and the problem of urban contraction has gradually attracted the attention of media and academia.Qiqihar is an important industrial city in Northeast China.After 1990 s,its population growth slowed down significantly.Since 2009,the population began to show a negative growth trend.This process is very similar to the experience of other international industrial cities in the transition stage.It is a typical manifestation of trend-type contraction.This paper takes Qiqihar as a model city of contraction,takes medical service facilities as the research object,combines with the analysis of the characteristics of population and economic changes under the process of Qiqihar contraction,explores the performance and trend of Qiqihar's urban contraction,and deeply adjusts the characteristics and existing problems of the current allocation,use and distribution of medical service facilities in Qiqihar.Research and analysis summary.After fully grasping the current situation of medical service facilities in Qiqihar,this paper uses the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and coupled development model to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the coordination level of supply and demand of medical service facilities in Qiqihar from two aspects of supply and demand.Combining with the time and space development data,the paper summarizes the contraction trend of the establishment of medical service in Qiqihar.The temporal and spatial characteristics of coordinated development of supply and demand.Combining with the supply and demand change rule and current development problems of Qiqihar medical service facilities during urban contraction,this paper studies the contraction trend in the next stage,and puts forward the coordinated development strategy suitable for Qiqihar medical service facilities.Research shows that in the process of contraction in the past eight years,the development level of medical service facilities in Qiqihar has been in a stable growth stage,showing the overall characteristics of coordinated development of "supply versus demand".However,facing the increasingly significant trend of population loss,aging and spatial agglomeration in urban contraction,the current situation of medical service facilities is unbalanced,single type and lack of special medical services.A series of problems will become more prominent.Priority improvement of medical hierarchy,planning of pension services,encouraging social capital to participate in medical allocation and other planning means will help to enhance the stability of Qiqihar medical service system,maintain the coordinated development of supply and demand,effectively cope with future changes,and help the city survive the contraction stage smoothly.
