Vitiligo is a kind of depigmenting disorder.A great many hypotheses involved in the pathogenesis,but the exact pathogenesis is not yet clear at present.Now from the latest progresses of susceptibility genes,concomitant disease and effective treatment methods,immunological factors contained more recognitions.There has been a large number of studies confirm that increased numbers of Th17 cells and to reduced or defected function of Treg cells in vitiligo skin histomy,and significantly higher serum IL-17 is closely relative to its severity of vitiligo.308-nm excimer light can remove the infiltration of T lymphocytes in skin lesions,and there is a large number of clinical contrast studies showed that the clinical efficacy related to regulation of the balance between Th17 and Treg cells.The degree and trend is not consistent,the specific mechanism has not yet been clarified.This study,first of all,focus on the 308-nm excimer light clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment to vitiligo.Statistics analysis of induced factors,family history,and concomitant disease.Uv exposure is one of the important inducing factors,the onset of vitiligo vitiligo has familial aggregation and with other autoimmune diseases.There was no significant difference between different age groups.Facial-acrotype has the worst effecs.Hair involved would be get a lower recolor score.Stability and advanced has no significant difference.Patients with effective phototherapy treatment would be of better outcome.Less adverse reaction,high patient compliance.Study the influence of 308-nm excimer light on Treg cells and Thl7 cells.To investigate the immunological pathways of ultraviolet phototherapy mechanism through the guinea pig model of vitiligo.308-nm excimer phototherapy regulating balance disorders of Th17 and Treg cells by reducing the guinea pig Th17 cell level,elevated level of Treg cells.
