Effect Of Prednisone And 308nm Excimer Light Combined With Psychological Intervention On Advanced Vitiligo

Objective: To observe the efficacy,safety and mental health of prednisone and 308 nm excimer light combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of advanced vitiligo.Methods: 70 patients with advanced vitiligo were selected from the dermatology clinic of Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital from November 2020 to November 2021.Randomly divided into control group: 308 nm excimer light + basic treatment;Observation group: prednisone + 308 nm excimer light + psychological intervention + basic treatment.Before and after treatment,their mental health status was evaluated by SCL-90 symptom checklist,HAMD-17 and HAMA-14.The changes of leukoplakia range and mental health status before and after treatment were compared,and the efficacy and safety of combined treatment and the changes of mental health status were discussed,To provide a new scheme for the treatment of advanced vitiligo.Results: 1.After treatment,the scores of SCL-90,HAMD-17 and HAMA-14 in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was greater,which was statistically significant.2.The total effective rate of the observation group was 97%,and the effective rate was 57.6%.The total effective rate of the control group was 82.4%,and the significant rate was 32.4%.3.There were no serious adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusions: For patients with advanced vitiligo,prednisone was given a large dose of 40 mg for 4 days,a medium dose of 30 mg for 1 week,and 20 mg for 2 weeks.The drug was stopped after the reduction to 10 mg for 4 weeks.The administration scheme of starting in the morning and taking it once in a while has good efficacy and safety,which provides a reference for the administration scheme of hormone treatment of advanced vitiligo.Prednisone and 308 nm excimer light combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of advanced vitiligo is effective and safe.It can improve the psychological status of patients,such as anxiety and depression.It provides a new scheme to improve the quality of life and mental health of patients with advanced vitiligo.
