| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the combination therapy of 308 nm excimer light in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods:120 cases of patients with 142 lesions were diagnosed as localized and sporadic vitiligo at the dermatology department of general hospital of Ningxia Medical University.All the patients were randomly divided into two groups,each group with 60 patients.The experimental group: treated with 308 nm excimer light combined with oral compound Glycyrrhizin and topical tacrolimus.The control group: gave oral compound Glycyrrhizin and topical tacrolimus but did not undergo 308 nm excimer light.After 3-6 months of treatment,statistical analysis was performed on each group to evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction differences of two methods.Results:(1)The significant rate of the patients in the experimental group and the control group are 81.67% and 15.00%,the effective rate of the patients in the experimental group and the control group are 93.33% and 48.33%.There were significant differences of the effective rate and significant rate of the patients between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).(2)The lesions in experimental group were divided into 3 main parts according to their locations:the faciocervica,the trunk and limbs,the extremities and joints.The significant rate of lesions located in different areas from experimental group are 38.24%、22.05%、22.06%,there was no statistical significance of the significant rate between different locations of lesions in experimental group(P>0.05),the effective rate of lesions located in different areas from experimental group are 63.24%、20.59%、5.88%,There was a significant difference of the effective rate between different locations of lesions in experimental group(P<0.05).(3)The lesions in experimental group were divided into 3 main parts according to their durations: less than 1 year,1-2 years,more than 2 years.The significant rate of lesions which have different durations in experimental group are 58.82%、19.12%、4.41%,the effective rate of lesions which have different durations in experimental group are 63.24%、20.59%、5.88%,there were significant differences of the effective rate and significant rate between the lesions of different durations in experimental group(P<0.05),(4)There were no vesicles or bulla appeared during treatment,the main adverse reactions are itching and erythema,they could recover in 3-5 days.The incidence of adverse reaction in the experimental group and the control are 45.00% and 18.33%,the control group is significantly lower than the experimental group,it is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)308 nm excimer light combined with oral compound Glycyrrhizin and topical tacrolimus in treatment of vitiligo could be effective,the efficacy depends on the locations and durations lesions.(2)The adverse reactions happened in two groups were mild,this shows 308 nm excimer light combined with oral compound Glycyrrhizin and topical tacrolimus in treatment of vitiligo is safe. |
