| OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this article is to investigate the effect of Buwu Decoction combined with 308 nm excimer light treatment on advanced liver and kidney deficiency vitiligo and its effect on oxidative stress,and to observe the changes in skin area and pigment score of patients with vitiligo before and after treatment The peripheral blood SOD,MAD,CAT,GSH-Px and other oxidation-antioxidation indicators of vitiligo patients before and after treatment were detected,and the relationship between oxidative stress and the incidence of vitiligo was explored.To find an effective treatment for the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency vitiligo.Methods: Sixty patients with liver and kidney deficiency vitiligo who participated in this project from October 2017 to October 2019 and met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the random grouping method.The treatment group received Buwu decoction combined with 308 excimer light irradiation,while the control group received 308 excimer light alone,and the light treatment was performed twice a week.The course of treatment in both groups was 12 weeks,and the skin area and skin pigmentation score of the two groups were measured before treatment,4 weeks,8 weeks,and 12 weeks,and the efficacy was judged based on the skin area recovery.Record any adverse reactions.In addition,the changes in the levels of SOD,MDA,CAT,and GSH-Px in the peripheral blood before and after treatment were measured respectively,and 15 healthy people were selected as normal baseline control.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS21.0 software.Results: A total of 54 patients with advanced liver and kidney deficiency vitiligo were clinically studied in this study.There were 28 cases in the treatment group,26 cases in the control group,and 15 cases in the healthy group.General statistical analysis of thecomponents before treatment found that the treatment group and the control group There was no significant difference in gender and age statistics between the healthy group and the healthy group.There was no significant difference in the course of disease statistics between the treatment group and the control group,which can be compared between groups.1.Comparison of white spot area: Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group,and there was comparability between the groups.After 12 weeks of treatment,the white spot area of ??the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically compared with the control group.Significance(p <0.05),the improvement of white spot area in the treatment group was better than that in the control group;2.White spot pigment score comparison: Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group,and there was comparability between the groups;after 12 weeks of treatment,the difference with the control group was statistically significant(p <0.05).The improvement of pigment score is better than that of the control group;3.Efficacy comparison: After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 67.85%;the effective rate in the control group was 42.30%;there was a significant statistical difference between the two groups(p <0.05),and the effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group;4.Oxidation-antioxidation index comparison: Before treatment,compared with the healthy group(p <0.05),the difference was statistically significant;the observation group was not significantly different from the control group.After treatment,compared with the same group before treatment(p <0.05),the difference was statistically significant;compared with the control group(p <0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.5.Adverse reactions and relapses: No severe adverse reactions such as local or general allergies occurred during the treatment in the two groups of patients;telephonefollow-up was performed within six months after the end of treatment.One patient in the treatment group had repeated illnesses,and three in the control group.Conclusion: Buwu decoction combined with 308 excimer light can improve the white spot area,promote the restoration of white pigment,and reduce recurrence.At the same time,observation of laboratory indicators can adjust the body’s oxidation-antioxidation imbalance.Light treatment of advanced liver and kidney deficiency vitiligo may achieve better therapeutic effects by regulating the body’s oxidation-antioxidation level imbalance to control the progress of the disease and promote pigmentation,which is worthy of further clinical application. |
