Objective: To investigate the distribution of ATP-binding cassette transporter1(ABCA1)genes R219 K and 69C/T single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)in han population in Inner Mongolia,and analyze the relationship between these two gene polymorphisms and coronary heart disease and blood lipid.Methods: According to the corresponding selection into the standard set in Inner Mongolia unrelated han ethnic group,108 cases of patients with coronary heart disease,according to the corresponding exclusion criteria to select the control group 102 examples,the research object of general information collection,to return their blood specimens,the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism,PCR-RELP)method to detect R219 K ABCA1 gene and 69 c/T polymorphism site features,The levels of serum lipids were determined by enzyme method.The distribution of these two genes and their relationship with coronary heart disease and blood lipids were analyzed.Results: 1?The distribution frequency of ABCA1 gene R219 K,including RR,RK and KK genotypes,was: KK(12.04%),RK(48.15%),RR(39.81%),allele frequency: R(63.89%),K(36.11%).Control group: KK(33.33%),RK(48.04%),RR(18.63%),allele frequency: R(42.65%),K(57.35%).The distribution frequency of KK genotype and K allele in CHD group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),while the distribution frequency of RR genotype and R allele in CHD group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The ratio and 95% confidence interval of KK genotype were calculated by univariate Logistic regression analysis,and the result was OR=-0.236,and the 95%CI was 0.106 ~ 0.522,P < 0.05.2?Among the han population in Inner Mongolia autonomous region,69C/T of ABCA1 gene includes CC,TC and TT genotypes,and its distribution frequency is: coronary heart disease group: TT(32.41%),TC(43.52%),CC(24.07%),allele frequency: T(54.17%),C(45.83%).Control group: TT(12.75%),TC(37.25%)and CC(50.00%),the allele frequency: T(31.37%),C(68.63%).The TT genotype and T allele distribution frequency in the CHD group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05),while the CC genotype and C allele distribution frequency in the CHD group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).The ratio and 95% confidence interval of TT genotype were calculated by univariate Logistic regression analysis,and the result was OR=1.351,and the 95%CI was 1.791 ~ 8.320,P < 0.05.3? KK genotype of ABCA1 gene R219 K levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that of RR and RK genotype,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),KK genotype of triglyceride(TG)levels was below the RR and fairly RK genotype,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in serum lipid level among 69C/T genotypes(P > 0.05).Conclusions: 1.The risk of coronary heart disease of the KK genotype of ABCA1 gene R219 K was lower than that of the RR and RK genotypes in the han population in Inner Mongolia.The hdl-c level of the KK genotype was higher than that of the RR and RK genotypes,while the TG level was lower than that of the RR and RK genotypes.2.TT genotype of ABCA1 gene 69C/T in han population in Inner Mongolia has a higher risk of coronary heart disease than TC and CC genotypes,and there is no correlation between each genotype and blood lipid level.
