The management mode of the hospital changes in the wake of the process of medical reform,and the deficiencies in performance appraisal gradually surface.This not only limits the progress of the service level and medical quality of the hospital,but also makes the progress of the whole medical system stagnating,which is very important.If a public hospital wants to enhance its competitive ability,it must combine with the reality,learn from each other's strong points,learn excellent management experience,and make up for and improve performance appraisal.Based on the performance management theory,this paper takes X city children's hospital as a real case,and from the macro background of medical reform,discusses the idea of more scientific and reasonable performance evaluation of medical staff in public hospitals.This paper is divided into five modules.In the introduction,the first module describes the analysis background and significance of the paper,as well as the analysis of domestic and foreign situation,ideas,contents and measures,as well as the content of the body and the innovation of the paper.The second module explains the definition and theoretical basis of performance,performance review and performance supervision,as well as the subject consciousness,content of scorecard and the internal correlation of various dimensions.At the same time,this paper studies the specific status of performance audit of public hospitals in China,and summarizes the status and focus of performance evaluation of public hospitals.The third module is the performance evaluation status and research of X city children's hospital.The author elaborated the general status and current performance evaluation status of X city children's hospital,and studied the current performance audit measures of X city children's hospital.The fourth module in this paper,the strategy plan and its expansion of X city children's hospital performance evaluation plan,standard and system design thought,introduced the balanced scorecard under X city children medical workers the design of the three-level performance standards,and carefully distinguish between the business and its weight matching in X city children's hospital of the use of actual level,summarized the X citychildren's hospital to use the balanced scorecard performance evaluation related guarantee measures.Conclusion and prospect of the fifth module.This article conclusion: children's hospital in X city to join in the performance management system of the balanced scorecard,the medical personnel,medical staff,nursing staff and management personnel to implement the performance calculation,changed the past the hospital expenditure to income or income balance for incline to match the standard,reflects the reasonable and appropriate by the intensity of labor and labor quality match the distribution of performance standards,with the aid of workload value and matching,at the same time,show the income and the technology and quality,and so on.The complementary and interlocking dimensions of the balanced scorecard can effectively improve the performance supervision effect of children's hospitals in X city and provide references for performance evaluation of similar public hospitals.
