Obstacles And Countermeasures In The Internet Application Of Community TCM Healthcare Service For Preventive Treatment

Research objective:The research centers on the obstacles and countermeasures of the Internet-based community traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)healthcare service for preventive treatment.By adopting both theoretical and empirical approaches,the research aims to explore the obstacles in the application process of community TCM healthcare service for preventive treatment,and proposes corresponding promotion measures,thereby helping relevant policy makers and primary health care institutes to better develop TCM healthcare service for preventive treatment through the Internet.Research contents:First,the research discusses the application value of the Internet in community traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)healthcare service for preventive treatment,and analyzes the conditions required in the process.Secondly,according to the conditions required and the interview results questionnaires for community healthcare service centers,medical staff and community residents were compiled and further revised through pre-research results.Then,data collection of large-scale formal investigations were conducted.Finally,based on the research results,the obstacles in the application of community TCM healthcare service for preventive treatment are concluded and analyzed,and corresponding development countermeasures are put forward.Research methods:The research uses literature review,interview survey,expert consultation,on-line invesitigations,mathematical statistics and other research methods.Considering the support resources and actual conditions,Hangzhou,where the development of community TCM healthcare service for preventive treatment is relatively good,is chosen as the studyy area.With the method of stratified random sampling,one community health care center was chosen in each administrative district of Hangzhou's main urban area to conduct a survey on the status of service providers.6 questionnaires were distributed to community healthcare service centers,and 6 valid questionnaires were collected;125 questionnaires were distributed to medical staff of the community healthcare service centers and 120 valid questionnaires were collected;700 questionnaires were distributed to community residents of Hangzhou and 690 valid questionnaires were collected.Research conclusions:At this stage,all community healthcare service centers have carried out community TCM healthcare service for preventive treatment,and have been using the Internet to provide healthcare services to varying degrees.However,the Internet application for the TCM healthcare service for preventive treatment is slightly insufficient.The research found that there are many obstacles from different levels in the application process of community TCM healthcare service for preventive treatment:at the policy system level,there is a lack of effective assessment and incentive mechanisms,related service processes and standards,and financial support for carrying out the services;at the service organization level,there is a lack of corresponding technical support,corresponding working staff and service supply willingness;at the medical staff level,their knowledge,needs and willingness to Internet application are limited and the service supply capacity is insufficient;at the level of community residents,there are many obstacles such as insufficient awareness of TCM healthcare service for preventive treatment,lack of trust in healthcare service centers,and insufficient willingness to accept Internet applications.The following lists the countermeasures to promote the better development of the Internet application for the TCM healthcare service for preventive treatment:at the government level,improve service processes and standards,establish assessment and incentive mechanisms and set up special funds;at the social level,take advantage of mass communication and follow the industry norms;at the service organization level,innovate application models,strengthen personnel training,improve service content and increase publicity efforts,etc.
