Clinical Observation Of Nanofat In The Treatment Of Dark Circles

Objective:Objective to explore the clinical effect of nanofat grafting to the subcutaneous to therapy the dark circles under the eyes,The color of the skin in the area of dark circles under the eyes was measured by computer-aided photogrammetry,To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of autologous nanofat to therapy the dark circles under the eyes.and to provide quantifiable evaluation criteria for clinical treatment of dark circles.Methods:From November 2017 to August 2018,fourteen patients with dark circles were injected with nanofat into the subcutaneous layer of the area of dark circles,and those with tear trough deformity were injected with autologous fat into the area of tear trough.Fat is obtained by Coleman technique in the abdomen or thighs.and the adipose tissue was made into nanofat by mechanical emulsification.The nanofat was injected into the subcutaneous of the lower eyelid until the area turned yellow.these patients were 6 months of postoperative follow-up.Preoperative and postoperative photos were taken at the same exposure and room temperature.The photos were analyzed by ImageJ software after correction with Photoshop CS7,and the L*a*b* value of the skin in the injection area of the dark circles under the eyes were measured.Results:All patients were followed up to 6 months after surgery,and satisfactory results were achieved after 1 injection.The satisfaction rate reached 78.6%.The color of the lower eyelid was improved in 14 cases,the contour of the lower eyelid injection area was smooth,and the fine wrinkles of the lower eyelid were improved.Fatty nodules appeared in the right lower eyelid after surgery in 1 patient,and disappeared in 3 months after surgery;pigmentation appeared in the injection area of the lower eyelid margin in 1 patient,and disappeared in 4?6 months after surgery.The L~* value of the skin in the area with dark circles under the lower eyelid in the photos of all the subjects 6 months after surgery increased,and the range of L~* value increased from 35.00?56.90 to 43.59?62.71.There was no significant change in a~* value.The preoperative range of a~* value was 9.76?22.37,and the postoperative range of a~* value was 10.38?21.86 six months after surgery.Paired t-test analysis showed that P>0.05 was not statistically significant.There was no significant change in b~* value.Preoperative b~* value ranged from 9.06 to 24.41,and postoperative b~* value ranged from 11.02 to 24.64.Paired t-test analysis showed that P>0.05 was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Subcutaneous injection of autologous nanofat into lower eyelid is effective in improving dark circles.The L~*a~*b~* values of the skin of the lower eyelid in the preoperative and postoperative photos were measured by ImageJ software,and the measured data can objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of nanofat in the treatment of lower eyelid black circles.
