The Pathogeny Of Infraorbital Dark Circles For Children In Heilongjiang:A Case-control Study

Objective:to explore the pathogenic foctors of infraorbital dark circles for children in Heilongjiang.thus to help clinical disease diagnosis and treatment.Methods:a case-control study was conducted 120 children with infraorbital dark circles(case group)and 120 without infraorbital dark circles(control group)from the Frist Affilated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine(from March 2016 to December2016),the children in both groups age are form 3 years to 14years.The pathogenic foctors for infraorbital dark circles for children in Heilongjiang were analyzed by the Chi-S quare test and the multibariate logistic regression model.Results:1.The Chi-Square analysis showed that the number of children,which have the lung deficiency syndrome,spleen deciciency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,maxillary sinusitis,ethmoid sinusitis,adenoid hypertoriphy and allergic rhinitis,their relative P values were less than 0,05,The difference was of statistical significance.kedney decieiency,frontal sinusitis and sphenoid sinusitis three foctors,Their relative P value is greater than 0.05,The differences were not statistically significant.2.The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that lung deficiency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,maxillary sinusitis,adenoid hypertoriphy and allergic rhinitis,their OR values were respectigely were 3.150,5.366,6.005,,9.438 and 4.402.These diseases are independent risk facots for infraorbital dark circles,pleen deciciency syndrome,ethmoid sinusitis,Their relative P value is greater than 0.05,The differences were not statistically significant.Conclusion1.Children with infraorbital dark circles in Heilongjiang was made by variety of foctors.2.Lung deficiency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,maxillary.sinusitis,adenoid hypertoriphy and allergic rhinitis are independent risk factors of infraorbital dark circles for children in Heilongjiang.
