A Retrospective Study On The Application Of Sanren Decoction In The Treatment Of Damp And Hot Colds By Professor Fuli Zhang Based On Jvtong Wu's Gasification Theory

Objective and significance:Through retrospective study on the clinical characteristics and efficacy of sanren decoction in the treatment of damp and hot cold under the guidance of Jv-tong Wu's gasification theory by professor Fuli Zhang,we hope to popularize it in clinic and benefit the majority of patients.Methods: Based on the years of research and application of wu jutong's gasification theory by tutor professor Foli Zhang,a retrospective study was conducted to collect the clinical efficacy and safety analysis of the patients with hot and humid colds treated with sanren decoction by tutor in shizhen traditional Chinese medicine center from March 2017 to March 2018.Research contents: 1.Clinical total effective rate: through retrospective analysis of 76 cases of cold with damp heat,5 cases were cured,47 cases were obviously effective,23 cases were effective,and 1 case was not effective.The total effective rate was 98.68%.2.Comparison of total hypothermia time: the average time of the low-fever group was less than that of the medium-fever group,and the time of the medium-fever group was less than that of the high-fever group.According to one-way analysis of variance,the data of the three groups were considered to be significantly different and statistically significant,indicating that sanren decoction had a better effect on hypothermia.3.Effect of total symptom score: according to statistical analysis,fever and total symptom showed a decreasing trend day by day under the treatment of sanren decoction.Rank sign test was adopted before and after the treatment of fever symptoms,P < 0.01.Comparison of total symptoms before and after treatment,using rank sign test,P < 0.01,significant difference,with statistical significance,indicating that sanren decoction has significant effect on damp and hot colds.4.Changes of tongue image before and after treatment: compared with the coating on the tongue before and after treatment,the probability of yellow greasy coating and white greasy coating becoming thin white coating is 78.95%.The distribution of tongue coating before and after treatment was compared,P < 0.01 by chi-2 test,with statistically significant difference.Conclusion:1.Professor Fuli Zhang's application of sanren soup in the treatment of hot and humid colds has significant curative effect and good safety,which verifies that the sanren soup mentioned by wu jutong has the clinical use value of "gasification results in the integration of hot and humid" and is worthy of clinical promotion.2.The comparison of complete antipyretic time shows that the antipyretic time is less than moderate heat,and the antipyretic time is less than higher heat.It can be seen that sanren decoction has the best antipyretic effect,indicating that its dampening effect is stronger than that of antipyretic effect.3.Yellow greasy moss and white greasy moss are the typical tongue coating of hot and humid cold.Among them,yellow greasy moss is the tongue coating of hot and humid light,or both hot and humid,while white greasy moss is the tongue coating of wet and heavy.
