The Clinical Study On Efficacy About Sanhan Xiao Bi Tang Decoction In The Treatment Of Cold-Humid Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of San Han Xiao Bi Tang (SHXBT) decoction in the treatment of cold-humid psoriasis vulgaris.Methods We divided the 73cases into two groups according to the different treatment method applied.43 cases in group A,treated by SHXBT and Vaseline topically. 30 cases in group B,treated with Fu Fang Qing Dai Jiao Nang (FFQDJN) and vaseline topically. Observe the change of psoriasis area ,erythema, sclerosis, squama before and after treatment.Results (l)In group A,the total clear effect rate was83. 72%. In group B,the total clear effect rate was53. 34%. The significant difference was shown statistically between two groups in the rate of effectiveness(p<0.01).(2)Two groups in the symptomatic integral dropped more significantly after the treatment and there were significant differences in skin lesion area, erythema,sclerosis ,squama,PASI before and after treatment (p<0.01) .(3)SHXBT was more different stastically than FFQDJN in treating sclerosis, skin lesion area.(p<0.01).Conclusion SHXBT and FFQDJN are both effective in the treatment of cold-humid psoriasis vulgaris.At the same time,SHXBT is superior to FFQDJN in the clinical effically.
