PurposeTo observe the influence of Huopuxialingtang to wet and heat syndrome in rats. And to observe the intervention of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL2C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL2C) and total fat (LA) on the expression difference of enzymes changed, Expounds the mechanism of lipid-lowering effect it in rats, and lipid-lowering drugs (:) with Chinese medicine and western medicine lipid-lowering drugs (lipitor) comparison, look for differences in each group before and after the experiment index.MethodsThis experiment use SD male rats,1.5-2months, weight165~165g, points will be48rats cage adaptive feed after2days, weighing, do random grouping, tag number, measurement, each weight, and make registration. Rats were randomly divided into6groups, normal rats model group (8), pure damp heat syndrome in the rat model group (8) and the hot and humid card high-fat feeding rats model, a total of four groups (8), in addition to the normal group, the rest of the5groups of lingnan area are simulated temperature environment, the daily temperature (36+/-2)℃, relative humidity70~90%of the heat preservation box6hours. Pure hot and humid environment in the rat serum TC, TG, HDL, LDL-C-C levels higher than normal rats were mild, but the statistics difference is not obvious (P>0.05). Hot and humid environment+high-fat diet group (model group) in the rat serum TC, TG, HDL, LDL-C-C level is simply a high-fat diet rats had mild increases, but the statistics difference is not obvious (P>0.05).3. Compared with model group, herb PiaoXia lingya soup group rats serum TC, TG, HDL, LDL-C-C levels and organs in the body (double kidney and testis) surrounding fat pad quality were significantly lower, and there is a significant difference (P<0.01), suggesting grandiflorum PiaoXia lingya soup can intervene in hot and humid environment to a certain extent of hyperlipidemia rats blood lipid metabolism, and the most significant to reduce the levels of serum triglycerides.4. Herb PiaoXia lingya soup group rats in serum TC, TG, HDL, LDL-C-C (double kidney and testis) and internal organs surrounding fat pad quality is:group rats decreased obviously, which means that the herb PiaoXia curative effect is superior to the group:lingya soup in intervention. Herb PiaoXia lingya soup with lipitor group rats, the serum TC, TG, HDL, LDL-C-C and fat pad has no obvious difference of quality, prompt grandiflorum PiaoXia lingya soup with lipitor lipid-lowering effect is the same in the model.conclusion1. This study try to cooperate with a high-fat diet in hot and humid environment to simulate the formation of lingnan area hyperlipidemia, for the construction of a disease of traditional Chinese medicine combined with hyperlipidemia animal made mold has a certain reference value. The results suggest that in humid climate environment, high-fat diet rats exists in the body fat metabolism disorder, and hot and humid environment may to some extent, affect the body fat metabolism.2. The herb PiaoXia lingya soup is one of the party as a representative of the clear heat, wet, can significantly reduce model rats serum TC, TG, HDL, LDL-C-C level, the proprietary Chinese medicine:has obvious advantages. And the lower model rats serum TC, TG, HDL, LDL-C-C function similar to lipitor.
