| Objective: This paper aims to investigate the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome from the perspective of trifocal gasification.Methods: We search the relevant ancient literature and journal literature,exploring the relationship between trifocal gasification and the uteus to have a better understanding of the relationship between triple energizer and the five internal organs from the perspective of gasification and clarify the correlation between "triple gasification" and "qi-water interaction".Combined with its clinical experience,we explore the theoretical basis and the pathogenesis of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.Results: Through the collation of the literature,this paper expounds the relationship between triple energizer,vital gate and uterus,discusses the coordination between triple gasification and the five internal organs,and reveals the close contact between the trifocal gasification and water metabolism and qi-water interaction.From the perspective of trifocal gasification,it is concluded that OHSS belongs to the pathological state of the virtual standard of "the disadvantages of trifocal gasification,the stagnation of qi and water,and the blocking of blood stasis."Conclusion:1.Trifocal gasification disorder can lead to the inability of mutual transformation between qi and water,along with the pathological state of“the stagnation of qi and water,and the blocking of blood stasis ”.2.From the trifocal gasification theory,the pathogenesis of OHSS belongs to the pathological state of the virtual standard of "the disadvantages of trifocal gasification,the stagnation of qi and water,and the blocking of blood stasis."3.In line with the principle of “immediate treatment for the symptoms but slow treatment for the nature ”,the treatment of OHSS is satisfactory with the method of“tuning the triple warmers and reaching the triple water channel smoothly”from the perspective of trifocal gasification. |
