The development of e-health and smart wear is gradually maturing,which will bring unprecedented convenience to users,medical institutions and data requesters.However,in the face of massive data containing medical privacy,the privacy security threats to the data have become increasingly prominent.Similarly,people's concerns about privacy and security have also hindered the need for data from researchers,and it has gradually become a major contradiction in medical data sharing.On the one hand,users are worried about the leakage of privacy,which leads to the lack and lag of scientific research data;on the other hand,the shelving of idle data makes it difficult to discover the value of huge medical and health data.How to ensure the privacy and security of medical and health data while letting the data exert its own value in the hands of data analysts is the problem that this thesis aims to solve.Aiming at the two issues above,this thesis is based on the technologies of blockchain,access control,and differential privacy to solve problems of data protection and data sharing.A reverse hybrid access control method based on reputation and object attribute matching is proposed,which is combined with the blockchain mechanism to achieve decentralized and fine-grained privacy control;and a method for adding noisy data Optimize methods to improve data availability and safety,to achieve more effective medical data sharing and data value utilization.Specifics research work includes the following three parts:(1)A permission access control method based on attributes' weighted value matching and a reputation-based privacy budget alocation method are proposed.By designing a trade-off relationship between data providers and data visitors,data security and practicality are guaranteed;implement fine-grained data access control with differential privacy protection characteristics based on detailed quantification of credibility to strengthen the user's personalized protection of privacy.(2)An optimized algorithm for adding noise data to differential privacy is proposed.By introducing square root filtering to improve the accuracy of unscented Kalman filtering,combined with differential privacy technology,a high-precision noise filtering algorithm is constructed to improve data availability.(3)A medical privacy data sharing model based on blockchain is proposed.By designing the proposed access control method on the blockchain,the security and operability of the data sharing mechanism are improved to alleviate the existing contradictions in the sharing of private data.
