Objective:Through clinical observation of sepsis merger ? type of respiratory failure,to explore the influence of xuebijing injection combined with non-invasive mechanical ventilation on the clinical efficacy of patients with sepsis merger ? type of respiratory failure(the type of Stasis poison knot)was discussed,providing new ideas and methods for the treatment of patients with sepsis merger ? type of respiratory failure(the type of Stasis poison knot)by traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods:From July 2017 to January 2019,64 inpatients who met the criteria of sepsis,type II respiratory failure,and syndrome of sepsis were admitted to the hospital ward of the First Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.After inclusion,they were randomly divided into control groups and test groups(32 cases in each group).According to the2018 guidelines for emergency treatment of sepsis/septic shock in China,patients in both groups were given fluid resuscitation,anti-infection,anti-coagulation therapy,nutritional support and other conventional treatments of symptomatic western medicine.The control group was given sodium chloride injection combined with non-invasive mechanical ventilation on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was given xuebijing injection combined with non-invasive mechanical ventilation.Peripheral venous blood was extracted from patients in both groups on day 1,day 4 and day 7 after enrollment,and WBC,PCT and CRP were detected.Arterial blood was extracted for blood gas analysis to detect PaO2 and PaCO2.Day 1 record and analysis,the fourth day,7 days in patients with SOFA score,APACHE ? score,TCM syndrome integral,TCM syndrome curative effect;Mechanical ventilation time(d)and ICU hospitalization time(d)were compared between the two groups.Results:Before the treatment,two groups of patients' age,gender,the WBC,PCT,CRP,PaO2,PaCO2,SOFA score and APACHE ? score,TCM syndrome integral,TCM syndrome curative effect has no obvious difference(P > 0.05),comparable.After treatment,two groups of patients' 4 days,7 days of the WBC,PCT and CRP,PaCO2,SOFA score and APACHE ? score,TCM syndrome integral are lower than before treatment,TCM syndrome curative effect and PaO2 index levels were increased,and the experimental group improved more significantly than the control group,the difference statistically significant(P < 0.05).Mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:1.Xuebijing injection combined with Non-invasive mechanical ventilation can reduce(the type of Stasis poison knot)SOFA score and APACHE ? score,can improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis.2.Xuebijing injection combined with Non-invasive mechanical ventilation can improve sepsis merger ? type of respiratory failure(the type of Stasis poison knot)in patients with TCM syndrome of TCM syndrome integral,curative effect and can relieve the clinical condition and prognosis.3.Xuebijing injection combined with Non-invasive mechanical ventilation can reduce sepsis merger ? type of respiratory failure(the type of Stasis poison knot)of the WBC,PCT,CRP and PaCO2 index level,improve the level of PaO2 index.4.Xuebijing injection combined with Non-invasive mechanical ventilation can shorten sepsis merger ? type of respiratory failure(the type of Stasis poison knot)mechanical ventilation time and ICU length of hospital stay.
