Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of adding modified qing-gu-san in treating the cancerous fever of Yin deficiency by observing the changes of body temperature and the improvement of TCM syndromes. Therefore,it provides objective clinical basis for the treatment of Yin deficiency cancerous fever, and provides experience for further in-depth and systematic research in the future.Method:A randomized controlled trial was used. The subjects who met the diagnostic criteria for cancerous fever and were included in the criteria were randomly divided into 30 patients in the treatment group(adding modified qing-gu-san)and 30 in the control group(naproxen tablets)based on the order of entry into the observation.Patients in both groups received intravenous infusion of Ai-di injection as the basic treatment for tumor diseases. The treatment group was treated with qing-gu-san plus and regular decoction, each time 150m1,1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. In the control group, naproxen tablets were taken orally at 250 mg each time,3 times a day. Both groups took 2 weeks for 1 course of treatment. The changes of body temperature before and after treatment,KPS score, reheat rate, improvement of TCM syndrome were compared, and the efficacy of adding modified qing-gu-san in the treatment of cancer fever was analyzed.Result:1.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups: 11 patients in the treatment group showed significant effect,17 patients were effective, and 2 patients were ineffective; In the control group, there were 13 significant cases,16 effective cases and 1 ineffective case. The rank-sum test showed that Z=-0.632,P=0.527 and P>0.05.The difference was not statistically significant.2.Comparison of KPS score: after treatment,KPS score of the two groups was in line with the normal distribution. After independent sample t test,t=0.320,P=0.750,P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant. The results indicated that both drugs could improve the KPS score and improve the clinical symptoms of cancer fever, and there was no significant difference between the two groups.3.Comparison of body temperature drop: body temperature control 7days after treatment,t=1.796,P=0.078,P>0.05 after independent sample t test, there was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups 7 days after treatment;Body temperature control 14 days after treatment, independent sample t test,t=-0.940,P=0.351,t=-1.279,P=0.206,P>0.05,the difference in body temperature between the two groups was not statistically significant, the results indicated that both drugs could reduce the body temperature of patients with cancer fever, and the treatment effect was not significantly different.4.Comparison of refebrile status in the follow-up period: among the effective patients in the follow-up period(28 cases in the treatment group and 29 cases in the control group),6 cases in the treatment group and 14 cases in the control group had refebrile status. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant, suggesting that the reheat rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.5.Comparison of TCM syndrome points: after treatment, the TCM syndrome points of the two groups were compared, and the independent sample t test showed that t=-2.229,P=0.030,P<0.05.The difference in TCM syndrome points between the two groups was statistically significant, suggesting that the improvement of TCM syndrome points in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:1.Adding modified qing-gu-san can effectively treat cancer fever caused by Yin deficiency and alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients.2.Adding modified qing-gu-san has a stable effect, long action time and no recurrence in a short period of time.3.Adding modified qing-gu-san to treat the cancer fever of Yin deficiency, which improved the TCM syndrome obviously.
