| Objective: this research object is cancerous fever(qi and yin deficiency type)of the patients,the purpose is through using the method of nourishing Yin heat,reduce cancerous fever patients,improve the clinical symptoms,improve quality of life in patients with confirmed stilbene artemisia turtle shell soup in the increase in cancerous fever curative effect.Methods: patients were derived from changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital tumor onset.Study time is January 2017-December2017,diagnosed cancerous fever(qi and Yin deficiency type)of patients;Included in the total 72 cases,according to the principle of random lottery group divided into 36 cases treatment group and control group 36 cases,treatment group:Qihaobiejia Decoction and yinduomeixinshuan,controlgroup:yinduomeixinshuan;Statisticalanalysis using SPSS19.0 software package to clinical data input computer database is established.Results:1,the general situation: after chi-square,X~2 = 0.056,P=0.841,P > 0.05;Age through the t test,t = 0.714,P=0.478,P>0.05;Two groups of disease distribution by chi-square test,X~2=0.975,P=0.987,P> 0.05;Heating time by t test,t = 1.112,P =0.270,P>0.05;The temperature distribution of two groups of patients after rank and inspection,Z = 0.555,P =0.579,P>0.05;Through the t test,t = 0.733,P = 0.466,P > 0.05,carr's score before treatment through the t test,t = 1.228,P = 0.223,P >0.05,two groups of symptoms before treatment situation through the t test,t =1.777,P = 0.08 > 0.05 in the two groups before treatment between the difference of the general situation of no statistical significance can be compared.2,body temperature:the control group before and after treatment: t = 9.247,P< 0.05,thus the control group before and after treatment temperature difference was statistically significant.The treatment group before and after treatment: t=13.446,P<0.05,thus the treatment group before and after treatment temperaturedifference was statistically significant;Through the t test,between control group and treatment group after treatment: t= 4.769,P<0.05,thus the temperature difference was statistically significant between the two groups after treatment,after rank and inspection,Z = 4.365,P = 0.000,P < 0.05,so after treatment,the temperature change of difference between two groups have statistical significance;Suggests that the treatment group in antifebrile effect is better than that in control group;3,symptoms: the treatment group before and after treatment:t = 30.853,P <0.05,thus the treatment group before and after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score was statistically significant;The control group before and after treatment: t = 28.887,P < 0.05,thus the control group before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score difference was statistically significant;Two groups of symptoms after t test,between control group and treatment group after treatment: t = 5.901,P < 0.05,thus the two groups after treatment of TCM symptom score between the difference was statistically significant;After rank and inspection,Z = 2.413,P = 0.016,P < 0.05,the difference between the TCM symptoms curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant.So in terms of improving syndromes treatment group is better than the control group.4,the treatment group before and after treatment: t=-5.000,P<0.05,thus the cassette score differences between before and after the treatment group was statistically significant;The control group before and after treatment: t = 2.147,P< 0.05,thus the control group before and after treatment the difference was statistically significant between cassette score;Through the t test,after treatment between control group and treatment group: t = 2.714,P < 0.05,thus the cassette score after treatment between the difference was statistically significant;By the rank and inspection,Z = 2.517,P = 0.012,P < 0.05,so after treatment,cassette score in the distribution of the difference between two groups was statistically significant;In the treatment group in improving quality of life of curative effect is superior to the control group.5,Adverse reactions: the three major routine and hepatic and renal functions of the patients after treatment showed no significant changes and no adverse reactions.Conclusion: stilbene artemisia turtle shell decoction in the treatment of qi and Yin deficiency type of cancerous fever has antifebrile effect is reliable,the curative effect is superior to pure western medicine treatment,not only improve the patients life chasing fewer and adverse reactions,worthy of promotion. |
