Objective:To observe the difference of curative effect between triple puncture YangLing Quan acupoint and traditional acupuncture in the treatment of common peroneal nerve palsy.Through the comparative study of the two,the therapeutic effect of triple puncture Qiling Yanglingquan on the common peroneal nerve palsy is discussed, which provide an objective and effective new method for clinical treatment. Methods:Sixty patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random blind method,30 cases in each group. All patients were treated with functional exercise, and the treatment group was treated with triple puncture YangLing Quan acupoint and traditional acupuncture, the control group used simple traditional acupoint acupuncture treatment. Both groups received acupuncture once a day, acupuncture 6 times a week, and rested for 1 day for a total of 4 weeks.Active dorsal flexor angle of ankle joint, efficacy score of general peroneal nerve palsy and sports and sensory function rating in two groups of patients before and after treatment was observed and compared,Compare the clinical efficacy in two groups of patients after treatment, and observe the incidence of adverse events and adverse reactions during treatment. All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Results:(1)Before and after treatment, there were significant differences in the measurement of active dorsal flexor angle of ankle joint, efficacy score of general peroneal nerve palsy and sports and sensory function rating between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that both methods had improved the symptoms in patients treated with common peroneal nerve palsy.(2)After 4 weeks of treatment, the measurement of active dorsal flexor angle of ankle joint, efficacy score of general peroneal nerve palsy and sports and sensory function rating were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05),which indicated that the effect of triple puncture YangLing Quan acupoint in the treatment of peroneal nerve palsy was better than that oftraditional acupuncture.(3)After treatment, the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups of patients was significant: the clinical recovery rate of the treatment group was26.67%,the markedly effective rate was 46.66%,the total effective rate was 83.33%;the recovery rate of the control group was 13.33%,the markedly effective rate was 20.00%,and the total effective rate was 70.00%.After Ridit analysis, there was a statistically significant comparison between the two groups of patients(P<0.05),which indicated that the effect of triple puncture YangLing Quan acupoint in the treatment of peroneal nerve palsy was better than that of traditional acupuncture.(4)Safety observation: There were no obvious adverse reactions such as fainting, hematoma and broken needle in the two groups of patients during the treatment.Conclusion:1.Both the triple puncture YangLing Quan acupoint and the traditional acupuncture method can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with common peroneal nerve palsy.2.The triple puncture YangLing Quan acupoint method are better than traditional acupuncture group in improving the motor and sensory function of patients with common peroneal nerve palsy.3.The triple puncture YangLing Quan acupoint is an effective method for the treatment of common peroneal nerve palsy, and the clinical effect is better than the traditional acupuncture group.
