Objective:To treat limb movement disorder after common peroneal nerve palsy with electroacupuncture on meridian sinew nodal points and make comprehensive evaluation on its clinical effects, which can provide a more effective project on the treatment of common peroneal nerve palsy. Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with common peroneal nerve palsy according to the standards were randomly divided into two groups(30 cases in each group)by random number table.Patients in the treatment group were treated with electroacupuncture on meridian sinew nodal points, and those in the control group were treated with electroacupuncture on Yanglingquan(GB 34),Zusanli(ST 36),Taichong(LV 3)and Xiaxi(GB 43);the time of therapy was 30 minutes,2 times/day,6 days a course, rested for a day and totally 4 courses.Through the analysis of neuroelectrophysiological examination, the measurement of ankle joint dorsal flexion angle and the evaluation scale of MBRC peripheral nerve injury before and after treatment, the movement improvement situation of common peroneal nerve palsy patients were evaluated. After treatment, the clinical effects were analyzed by spss22.0 statistical software.Results:1.The neuroelectrophysiological examination, the measurement of ankle joint dorsal flexion angle in two groups were compared before treatment, and there was no significant difference(p>0.05),which had comparability,2.The neuroelectrophysiological examination, the measurement of ankle joint dorsal flexion angle and the evaluation scale of MBRC peripheral nerve injury of patients in two groups were compared intra-class,the effects were all improved significantly, and the effects of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(p<0.05).3.Through the comparison of movement functional recovery situation MBRC peripheral nerve injury and rank sum test(p<0.05)of the two groups, the results in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.4.The effects of patients in the two groups were compared, the total cure rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,which was significantly better than 60.00%of the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects of electroacupuncture on meridian sinew nodal points in the treatment of common peroneal nerve palsy were better than those of traditional electroacupuncture group.
