Objective:In this study,60 cases of common peroneal nerve palsy were collected, and the clinical effect was observed by articular acupuncture needling meridian sinew nodal points and conventional acupuncture. To compare the curative effect difference and advantage of the two methods, observe the effect of the treatment of common peroneal nerve palsy by by articular acupuncture needling meridian sinew nodal points, and discuss the advantage and promotion value of this method in the treatment of common peroneal nerve palsy. Methods: In this study,60 patients with common peroneal nerve palsy from Acupuncture Department, pain department and encephalopathy Department of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by articular acupuncture needling meridian sinew nodal points, while the control group was treated by conventional acupuncture. Each treatment was 30 minutes, once a day,6 days as a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment, and every 2 courses had a rest of 1 day. After treatment, according to the motor function recovery rating table after BMRC peripheral nerve injury, the evaluation standard of lower limb peripheral nerve function recommended by the hand and foot surgery society of the Chinese Medical Association and the evaluation standard of sensory function after BMRC peripheral nerve injury, the difference between the two methods in the treatment of common peroneal nerve palsy was compared. Results: According to the motor function grade evaluation table after BMRC peripheral nerve injury, the evaluation standard of lower limb peripheral nerve function efficacy recommended by hand and foot surgery society of Chinese Medical Association, and the sensory function evaluation table after BMRC peripheral nerve injury. After treatment, through statistical analysis, the ankle active dorsiflexion angle in the group of articular acupuncture needling meridian sinew nodal points was better than that in the group of conventional acupuncture, with statistical significance(P< 0.05);The score of motorfunction, articular acupuncture needling meridian sinew nodal points group were better than those of conventional acupuncture group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment, the total effective rate of the group of articular acupuncture needling meridian sinew nodal points was 86.67%,the total effective rate of the group of conventional acupuncture was 76.67%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion: The application of articular acupuncture needling meridian sinew nodal points and conventional acupuncture point to treat common peroneal nerve palsy, both of the two methods have good effects on motor and sensory functions. But compared with the two methods, articular acupuncture needling meridian sinew nodal points method has better clinical effect and has the value of promotion.
