Clinical Observation Of Electroacupuncture On Female Stress Urinary Incontinence

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at Shenshu and Xiaoxue points in the treatment of mild and moderate female stress urinary incontinence,and to provide a new method for clinical treatment of mild and moderate female stress urinary incontinence.Methods:Sixty patients with mild to moderate female stress urinary incontinence who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(electroacupuncture Shenshu and Xiaoxue points group)and control group(electroacupuncture routine).In the acupoint group,30 patients were given the basic treatment(Kegel exercise therapy)three times a day.Each group of acupuncture needles was kept for 30 minutes,once a day,and after 6 times,rested for 1 day.1 week is a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment.During the study,the 1 hour urine pad test,ICIQ-SF scale(International Urinary Incontinence Advisory Committee questionnaire summary form)and 72 h urination diary card were used to evaluate the 0th week,2nd week,and 4th week of the two groups of patients.Result:(1)Before treatment,the age,course of disease,degree of illness,urine leakage(1h urine pad test),times of urine leakage(72h urination diary card)and ICIQ-SF scale scores between the two groups were compared and analyzed,with no significant difference(p>0.05)and comparability.(2)After two weeks and four weeks of treatment,the urine leakage volume(1h urine pad test),urine leakage times(72h urination diary card)and the ICIQ-SF scale scores between the two groups were compared and analyzed,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(3)Before treatment and two or four weeks after treatment,the urine leakage volume(1h urine pad test),urine leakage times(72h urination diary card)and ICIQ-SF scale scores in the two groups were compared andanalyzed,p < 0.05,the difference was significant.(4)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and that of the control group was 70.0%.there was significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05),with significance.Conclusion:(1)Electroacupuncture at Shenshu point,Xiaoxu point group and electroacupuncture routine acupoint group for the treatment of mild to moderate female stress urinary incontinence have a good therapeutic effect.(2)Electroacupuncture at Shenshu point and Xiaoxu points group is better for the treatment of mild and moderate femalestress urine,especially in the improvement of leakage and urine leakage.
