Curative Observation On Longmuzhihan Decoction In The Treatment Of Children Hyperhidrosis With Lung Deficiency Type

Objective: To explore the clinical effect and advantages of Long Mu Zhi Han Decoction in treating children with hyperhidrosis on lung deficiency type,and to provide an effective and safe prescription for children with sweating syndrome.Methods: All the selected cases were children with hyperhidrosis who were admitted to the outpatient department of the first pediatric department of the first affiliated hospital of HeiLongJiang University Of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to March 2019,and all of them met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria for hyperhidrosis(lung deficiency type).A total of 60 subjects were divided into the treatment group and the control group by simple randomization according to the random number table.The treatment group was given Long Mu Zhi Han Decoction,and the control group was given Yu Ping Feng oral liquid.The observation period was 1 month.The observation indexes of the two groups were observed and recorded before and after treatment,and the total clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated.Two months after the end of the course of treatment,the children in the two groups were followed up and observed,and the recurrence rate was recorded and compared.Results: 1.Comparison of total clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%).Compared with the control group,the total clinical efficacy of the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome points: Sweat,spirit,physical strength,complexion,bad wind,appetite and food intake,and stool condition were significantly improved in both groups(all P < 0.01 in the group),and in terms of sweat,spirit,physical strength and complexion,the curative effect of the treatment group was much better than that of the control group(all P < 0.01 in the group).In terms of improving appetite and food intake andstool,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).In terms of the improvement of bad wind,the efficacy was similar between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Comparison of laboratory tests:The content of trace elements in the treatment group was significantly increased(P < 0.01 in the group,P < 0.01 between groups),and the content of phosphorus ions in the ion routine was significantly reduced(P < 0.01 in the group,P < 0.05 between groups),while the control group had no effect(P>0.05 in the group).4.Long-term efficacy: 2 months after the end of the treatment course,the cured children in the two groups were followed up for 2 months.It was found that 1 patient recurred in the treatment group and 4 patients in the control group.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 5.56%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Long Mu Zhi Han Decoction has good curative effect in the treatment of infantile sweating syndrome with superficial deficiency and unstable type in clinical application.Compared with Yu Ping Feng oral liquid,it has better overall curative effect and more long-term curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.2.The subjects had no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment,and Long Mu Zhi Han Decoction is a safe and available prescription.
