Objective:To observe the clinical effect of daozhi wendan soup on children constipation(Dyspepsian type).Methods:A total of 80 children(Dyspepsian type)were selected from the outpatient department of the second affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The treatment group was given daozhi wendan soup orally,and the control group was given zhishi daozhi pill.The changes of symptoms and signs before and after the treatment were observed 2 and 4 weeks after the treatment,respectively.Results:1.Daozhi wendan soup has a significant clinical effect on children constipation(Dyspepsian type),and its total effective rate is 94.7%,which is statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the effect is significantly better than the control group,without adverse reactions.2.Daozhi wendan soup can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children,especially in the aspects of constipation interval,defecation difficulty,and stool characteristics,and the treatment group has more significant efficacy(P<0.05).3.The two groups of drugs were able to effectively change the clinical symptoms of children,before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between groups,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Daozhi wendan soup has a definite effect on the treatment of children's constipation,which is significantly better than the control group.2.Daozhi wendan soup has significant efficacy in improving the time interval,difficulty degree of defecation,stool characteristics and abdominal distension of pediatric constipation.3.The experimental group was better than the control group in improving the overall score of comprehensive syndrome.The recurrence rate was low and no adverse reactions occurred after follow-up.
