Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Menstrual Prolongation Of Qi Deficiency Type With Modified Juyuanjian

Objective:By observing the curative effect of JuYuanjian on the menstrual prolongation of qi deficiency type,this paper explores the effective method of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of menstrual prolongation of qi deficiency type.Methods :The medical records of patients who are between 12 and 48 years old came from the gynecological clinic of The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University whose time span isfrom January 2017 to July 2018.The patients were clearly diagnosed asmenstrual prolongation.From the fourth day of the menstrual cycle,JuYuanjian with the addition of Longgu,Muli,Haipiaoxiao,Aiye,Ejiao,Xuduan,through decoction,is one dose(300ml)a day,which is divided into two parts and taken twice in the morning and evening.After stopping bleeding,side medicine composition is needed to be changed,that is,JuYuanjian plusRadix Shudihuang,Ejiao,Tusizi and Baishao.This decoction through decocting is one dose(300ml)a day,which is d ivided into two parts and taken twice in the morning and evening.Until the next menstruation stopping,this medication can be stopped.And this medication need to be taken continuously for three menstrual cycles.The follow-up examinations for patients are going to conduct in the third month after stopping taking the medication.Recording TCM syndrome points before and after treatment,comparing the pictures of Basal Body Temperature,organizing the data and utilizing statistical software to compare these data all are needed.Results:There are 36 patients,the only one of whom is out of touch in the follow-up examination.Through comparing the comprehensive curative effects after treatment,it can be seen that 7 cases were cured and the cure rate was 20.00%,21 cases were quick recovery,the rate of which was 60.00%.6 cases were effective,the effective rate was 17.14%.At the same time,1 case was ineffective,the ineffective rate was 2.86%.Above all,the total effective rate was 97.14%.The curative effect of TCM syndromes was 10.63±1.87 before treatment and 2.40±1.84 after treatment.Statistical analysis showed that there was significant difference before and after treatment(P< 0.05).Conclusion:JuYuanjian has the functionsof invigorating qi for ascending,Guchong hemostasis.JuYuanjian has asignificant effect on the menstrual prolongation of qi deficiency type and effectively improve the TCM symptom.The cure rate was high and the recurrence rate was low.During the treatment period,35 patients had no allergic reaction,and all the drugs were safe and reliable.
