Clinical Observation On Treating Prolongation Of Menstruation (Qi Deficiency Syndrome) By Addition Or Subtraction Of Self-designed Prescription For Invigorating Qi And Regulating Meridians

Objective: This topic for menstrual disease of department of gynaecology of TCM clinical research,the main observation from yiqi regulate the menstrual function party and subtract(add hemostatic granule in treatment group and the gentry pill(plus hemostatic granule)control in stages to treat menstrual extension(deficit)clinical efficacy,to explore the installment yiqi regulate the menstrual function party for treatment period extend the clinical effect of qi deficiency(certificate).To provide the plan and basis for the treatment of diseases with prolonged period.Methods: In this study,72 patients with menstrual prolongation of qi deficiency syndrome from the department of gynaecology,affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine were selected.According to the principle of random grouping,they were divided into the treatment group with self-made yiqi tiaojing prescription plus or minus(adding zhixue granule)and the control group with peikun pill(adding zhixue granule).However,there were cases of shedding in both groups due to objective factors,including 2 cases of shedding in the treatment group and 2 cases of shedding in the control group,with the actual statistical number of 34 cases.The two groups began to take the medicine on the 15 th day of the menstrual cycle during non-menstrual period,took the medicine for 14 days,and began to take the medicine on the 4th day of menstrual period and took the medicine for 10 days.After continuous treatment for 3menstrual cycles,the patients were discontinued.The improvement of symptoms before and after treatment was observed,and the efficacy was evaluated.Results: Comprehensive therapy for the treatment of 68 cases of patients with menstrual extension(deficit),treatment group(10 cases,18 cases had marked effect,4 cases were effective,ineffective in 2 cases,their proportion respectively is 29.41%,52.94%,11.76%,5.88%,the total effective rate was 94.12%,the control group in 6 cases,10 cases were markedly effective,effective 12 cases,6 cases ineffective,proportion of their respective respectively is 17.65%,29.41%,35.29%,17.65%,total effective rate was 82.35%.Through statistical analysis,the total effective rate was different between the two groups(P<0.05),and the self-designed yiqi tiaojing prescription plus or minus(plus zhixue granule)had a significant effect.Conclusion: The self-made yiqi tiaojing prescription(plus zhixue granule)has a reliable curative effect in the treatment of prolonged menstruation(qi deficiency syndrome),which significantly improves the symptoms of patients,and can be used as one of the effective methods in the treatment of this disease.
