The comparison of two groups of clinical curative effectCompare the efficacy of two groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome: the control group total effective rate was 76.67%, markedly effective rate was 30.00%; Treatment group total effective rate was 90.00%, markedly effective rate was 66.67%, two groups of TCM syndrome total effective rate and curative effect were markedly effective rate had statistical significance(P < 0.05, P < 0.01).Two groups of primary symptom of TCM curative effect comparison: the primary symptom curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group total effective rate was 90.00%, markedly effective rate was 63.33%; I control group total effective rate was 66.67%, markedly effective rate 36.67%, two primary symptom curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine group total effective rate in order to have the markedly effective rate difference(P < 0.05).Compare two groups of curative effect of western medicine, western medicine treatment group total effective rate was 96.67%, the efficacy of the markedly effective rate was 86.67%; Control group in western medicine curative effect of the total effective rate was 86.67%, markedly effective rate was 50.00%. Two groups of western medicine curative effect of total effective rate and the markedly effective rate more significant difference(P < 0.05, P < 0.01).2. The two groups before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and primary symptom integral comparison3 months after treatment in the two groups of TCM syndrome integral compared with before treatment were decreased, the significant difference(P < 0.01), while the treatment group decreased more obviously, the more significant difference between groups(P < 0.01) in both group 3 months after discontinuation of integral doesn't have rebounded significantly, but the treatment group comparison between recovery group(P < 0.01)Two groups of drug withdrawal after 3 months of TCM primary symptom integral compared with before treatment were always fell, had statistical significance(P < 0.01), but treatment group decreased more significantly(P < 0.01). Treatment group menstrual changes, baking hot sweat, lumbar debility primary symptom integral and decreased compared with before treatment, all have statistical significance; Significant difference between groups. Especially to menstrual changes in 3 months after treatment and 3 months after discontinuation of integral was all reduce the most obvious, the significance of difference(P < 0.01).3. The two groups before and after treatment of follicular phase estradiol(E2), follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) levelAfter 3 months treatment, two groups of follicular phase serum E2 values are rising before the treatment, the significant difference(P < 0.01), while the treatment group increased significantly, the comparison between group, after statistics found that significant difference(P < 0.05) after treatment, two groups of follicular phase serum FSH values were significantly decreased, but the treatment group decreased significantly, the comparison between groups, the significant difference(P < 0.01) in the two groups after treatment of follicular phase serum LH value change is not obvious, compared with before treatment, no statistical significance(P > 0.05), there is no difference between groups.5. The comparison of two groups of BBT withdrawal 3 month withdrawalwithin three months, in BBT at 34.44%, and the treatment group BBT double at 51.11%, is similar between the two groups have statistical significance(P < 0.05)Conclusion: Artificial cycle from zi kidney menstrual function soup with western medicine in the treatment of menopausal syndrome of kidney Yin deficiency type has achieved relatively satisfactory clinical effect, the treatment has obviously improve the clinical symptoms and regulate the menstrual function, can improve the level of follicular phase serum E2, lower serum FSH level and improve ovulation, follicular phase may be by improving the ovarian function, can adjust gonad axis and play a role of clinical treatment.Zi kidney menstrual function soup with artificial cycle in the treatment of Menopause syndrome of kidney Yin deficiency type has a good effect, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs.
