Clinical Observation Of Shenqi Shengmai Decoction Combined With Western Medicine In Treating Acute Exacerbation Of Chronic Heart Failure With Hypotension(Yin Exhaustion And Yang Extinction)

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenqi Shengmai Decoction by observing the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Shengmai Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure with hypotensive and TCM syndrome as "Yin exhaustion and Yang extinction syndrome".Methods: A total of 66 inpatients with a diagnosis of acute decompensated heart failure with hypotension and TCM syndrome as “Yin exhaustion and Yang extinction syndrome” were enrolled in the Department of Cardiology of Teaching Hospital of Chengdu University of T.C.M.There were 33 cases in the treatment group and the control group.The two groups were given basic treatment plan,the control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Shenqi Shengmaiyin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The observation period was uniformly set to 2 weeks,and the hospitalization was followed up for 6months.During the observation period,the efficacy index and safety index observation data were collected.After the follow-up,the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software.Results:(1)Treatment group and control group in TCM syndrome score,New York heart function,blood pressure,urine volume,N-Terminal pro-b-type natr-iuretic peptide(NT-Pro BNP)improved after treatment,and the difference in the group was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)In the TCM syndrome score,New York heart function,24-hour average blood pressure(two weeks of treatment),urine volume,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in the 24-hour average blood pressure(one week after treatment),heart rate,NT-pro BNP and left ventricular ejection fraction between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(4)The treatment time and dose of dopamine in the treatment group were shorter and less than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was activated faster and more patients were used to improve the prognosis of heart failure.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)The number of hospital stays in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the 6-month hospitalization rate was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)No obvious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment,and there was no abnormally large fluctuation in safety indicators.Conclusion: Shenqi Shengmai Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of acute decompensated heart failure with hypertension patients,elevate blood pressure,increase urine output,improve New York heart function classification,reduce NT-pro BNP.It is helpful to effectively short the treatment time and reduce the dose of dopamine in heart failure patients with acute exacerbation and hypotension,promote the early use and combination of drugs to improve the prognosis of heart failure,shorten the length of hospital stay,and reduce the rate of hospitalization for 6 months.Moreover,Shenqi Shengmaiyin is safe and feasible,and is suitable for clinical promotion.
